On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Spirit Of Hard Struggle

The spirit of hard struggle has always been the spiritual support of the Chinese nation after suffering,and it is also the source of power to inspire the Chinese people to move forward bravely.The arrival of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made people’s living standards constantly improve.Meanwhile,resource waste,environmental destruction,consumption blindness and lack of dedication are not uncommon.As a special group growing up in the era of reform and opening up and the Internet age,contemporary college students are the main force to achieve the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream.They have fully enjoyed all the achievements of China’s reform and development over the past 40 years.And they understand that innovative struggle is the foundation of the new era society,but the understanding of the spirit of hard struggle is not deep and comprehensive enough,which is manifested in the influence of the wrong ideas such as "the outdated theory of hard struggle" and "the theory of the useless of hard struggle" on them.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to clarify the connotation of the spirit of hard struggle,explain the importance and necessity of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students,and actively explore the effective countermeasures to cultivate the spirit of hard struggle of college students.Deeply understand the spiritual essence of the implicit development of higher education and devote themselves to the great cause of cultivating qualified personnel for the development of socialist cause.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one,introduction.Firstly,the background and significance of this paper are introduced.And a brief comment will be made on the basis of expounding the scholars’ research achievements on this subject.Finally,it points out the research methods and innovation points and shortcomings in the process of writing.Chapter two,the related exposition of college students’ spirit of hard struggle.This chapter mainly starts with the time connotation of the spirit of hard struggle,and demonstrates the spirit of hard struggle that college students need to cultivate in the new era.Then clarify the spirit of hard struggle in the traditional Chinese moral thought and the inheritance of the spirit of hard struggle of the Communist Party of China,to lay the theoretical foundation of this article,and to point out the importance of cultivating college students’ spirit of hard struggle for Chinese spiritual inheritance,implicit development in colleges and personal growth.Chapter three,the practical reasons of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students.This chapter mainly uses questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the spirit of hard struggle of college students,to make clear the problems in cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students.Then,analyze the causes of poor effectiveness of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students from three aspects: society,school and family.Chapter four,the countermeasures of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students.This is the focus of this paper,mainly from the clear cultivation objectives,enrich the cultivation content,improve the cultivation mechanism,establish the cultivation principles,broaden the cultivation channels to explain the cultivation countermeasures.
