Research purpose and significance: This thesis initially aims to explore the impact of eight weeks of basketball basic skills(passing, dribbling and shooting training)on the executive function of elementary school students. And it is further to verify that if basketball exercise can have a positive effect to perform the function of the elementary school students, and reveals the influence of different basic skills training content in the basketball movement on executive function and its sub-function.The research subjects and methods: Totally 120 eligible students were screened out of 258 students randomly selected from grade 4 of Dongjie primary school in kaifeng. The 120 students were randomly divided into the shooting group(30 students),the dribble group(30 students),the passing group(30 students)and the control group(30 students). The four groups of subjects were involved in a targeted exercise intervention for 8 weeks,2 times a week for 16 hours. After the first exercise intervention and the last training session, the subjects were tested to measure the three sub-functions of the subjects, and the changes of the data before and after the analysis were compared.Research conclusions: moderate intensity for 8 weeks three basketball training has a positive effect on pupils executive function, three sets of training for the students to perform the influence of the sub function with a difference.(1)the basketball shooting movement can effectively improve the inhibition function, and the promotion effect of the refresh function and conversion function is not as good as the passing training and dribbling training.(2)basketball dribbling training can effectively promote the refresh function, which also has a good promotion effect on the inhibitory function and the conversion function, but not as well as the shooting group and the passing group.(3)basketball pass training can improve the transformation function effectively, and the improvement of the refresh function is lower than that of the dribble group, and the improvement of the inhibition function is not significant. Results: According to the variance of repeated measurements,it was concluded that the performance of primary school students in the sub-functional assessment tasks of each executive function was improved(Ps > 0.05),and different types of training had different effects on the promotion effect of tasks.Found in terms of accuracy, passing group before and after the training in N-back(P < 0.05),and More-odd shifting(P < 0.01)the task shows significant difference; The group before and after the training of shooting in Stroop task shows significant difference(P < 0.01);There were significant differences in the N-back task before and after the training of the dribbling group(P < 0.01).In the reaction time,it was found that there were significant differences in the tasks of More-odd shift(P < 0.01)before and after the passing group training. There were also significant differences in the Stroop task before and after the shooting group training(P < 0.01);The tasks of Stroop(P < 0.01)and N-back(P < 0.05)were significantly different before and after training.Compared with the control group, the passing training group showed the interaction between the training and the group before and after the training in the response of the More-odd tasks(P < 0.05).In the reaction time of the Stroop task, the team showed the interaction between the training and the group before and after the training(P < 0.05).The operation of the dribbling training group showed the interaction between the training and the group before and after the training of the N-back task(Ps < 0.05).
