With the continuous development of basketball professionalism,the intensity of the competition is bigger and bigger,and the cycle is longer and longer.This poses great challenges to the physical fitness of basketball players.Under this background,only by fully excavating athletes' potential for physical fitness and increasing their physical fitness reserves,can they guarantee long-term and fierce competition intensity.The dietary nutrition of the athletes,as a part of the athletes' physical reserve,has become a hot topic in the study.The purpose of this paper is caused by the CBA young athletes pay attention to nutrition and make more and more grass-roots basketball coaches recognize that the dietary importance of maintaining camp.The main documents,statistics,questionnaires and expert interviews were used to investigate the cognition of CBA youth on the mobilization of dietary nutrition knowledge.(1)CBA youth team athletes in the diet nutrition knowledge reserve is seriously inadequate and very one-sided,the energy intake of three meals is not reasonable,different regions,sports grade and ethnic athletes are different.Their nutrition knowledge mainly comes from coaches and parents,food and nutrition books,expert consultation and lectures,network,television broadcasting,and some other athletes are obtained through other ways.Most athletes believe that network,television broadcasting and expert regular lectures are the most effective ways to acquire dietary nutrition knowledge,and some of the athletes think they are parents and coaches.(2)The main basis of the choice of food for the CBA youth team is the taste,appearance and nutritional value of food.The main types of daily diet are mostly meat and meat.The main reason for eating breakfast is the main reason is sleeping lazy,no appetite,and some youth team athletes choose to control weight and other reasons.Don't eat breakfast.(3)The most kinds of water for CBA youth team athletes were sports drinks,followed by mineral water,carbonated drinks,and a small number of athletes who chose to drink juice or milk.Three days before the game,the diet will be adaptable to the competition,most of the athletes do not change normally,some of the athletes will be abnormal,most of the athletes will reduce eating during the competition.
