Research On The Training Mode Of Basketball Of Beijing Traditional High Schools In High Level

Competitive sports competition in the final analysis is the competition of sports reserve personnel.Since the establishment of Chinese men's basketball,the Chinese men's basketball team has made great progress.However,compared with developed countries such as Europe and America,especially in the United States,the level of basketball development in our country is still at a low level.The training mode of basketball talents is a key factor that restricts the development level of basketball in China.Based on the high school level in Beijing basketball traditional school as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis four kinds of research methods,to analyse the top four men's high school basketball teams in Beijing,and find out the successful experience and dificiencies of Beijing high school basketball talent cultivation mode to provide constructive proposals,promote quotcombinationquot basketball talent cultivation mode in the school and the popularization of the majority of young people,and constantly improve the physical quality and culture quality,to provide a reference for basketball in the country to carry out the middle school and university.The results of the study are as follows:1.Beijing No.4 High School,Tsinghua High school,Zhongguancun High school and Beijing Miyun No.2 Middle School,as the high level basketball traditional school enrollment mode in the top four: have the good physical quality selection team,students mainly from Beijing city,foreign students accounted for a relatively small;in the training mode,the four schools are training on Saturdays,three hours for each time,so as to ensure the players not only in training tactics and physical training,but also for the playes to take courses,realising a reasonable allocation of training time.In the learning mode: four schools can basically ensure daily homework and preview time in 2-3 hours,further ensuring the team's cultural course learning,and developing the comprehensive talents of all-round development.2.The coaches of the four schools are conscientious and responsible for their work,which is an important guarantee for the team to achieve good results.The four schools continue to learn and innovate in training methods,training methods and ideas so that students can benefit during all their lives.3.The four schools have been highly valued by the school leaders.The logistics support has been strongly supported,and the funds have been fully protected,ensuring the team members' peace of mind training and competition.4.The four school students to college graduation in 93%,2% into the professional team,5% to go abroad for further study,and made outstanding contributions to the Beijing municipal personnel training,but also provides a useful supplement for the development of China's basketball career.5.The four schools which can produce so many excellent talents,largely depends on the support and approval of the parents,which made the children enjoy the fun and confidence to bring them to the basketball,also achieved excellent results.
