Basketball is a highly confrontational event.In the game,athletes should always maintain the conversion of attack and defense with high intensity and high rhythm,and put forward higher requirements for athletes’ physical quality.How to improve players’ basketball skills and reduce sports injuries is the key issue concerned by coaches.According to the physiological characteristics of female basketball players,the structure of the hip and knee joints and the physiological period are more prone to injury mainly because the training of female basketball players needs to pay attention to the compound training of multiple joints,planes and muscle groups.Physical exercise function training emphasizes the transmission efficiency of the human kinematic chain,improves the rationality of the movement mode and the effectiveness of technical movements,and its training concepts and methods are gradually recognized by competitive sports workers and coaches.According to the relevant research results of physical and motor function training at home and abroad,a set of physical and motor function training programs and evaluation systems for high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities is established.Meanwhile,an empirical study on the physical function training of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities is carried out,so as to improve the competitive ability of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities and reduce the frequency of sports injuries.In this paper,the application effect of physical exercise function training of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities is taken as the research object,and12 high-level female basketball players from Beijing Normal University are selected for 16 weeks through literature research,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The physical exercise function training experiment is evaluated from the aspects of physical shape index,sports injury risk evaluation index,physical quality index and physical function index of female basketball players.Through paired sample T-test,variance homogeneity analysis and cluster analysis,this paper makes a more intuitive analysis of the substantive effect of college high-level female basketball players after receiving physical exercise function training.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper designs a set of training scheme for high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities,including three scientific bases,four training principles and three training periods,and specifically adopts 335 training methods.(2)A set of relatively complete evaluation system for the physical exercise function training of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities has been established,including the evaluation of athletes’ body shape,sports injury risk,physical quality and physical function.(3)On the aspect of body shape,the training of physical movement function can promote the average weight and Quetele index of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities to increase,while the percentage of body fat and waist and hip in body composition index to decrease.(4)In terms of sports injury risk assessment,physical motor function training can promote high-level female basketball players in the functional movement screening FMS test of rotational stability,hurdle step and shoulder joint mobility.In the Y-Balance test,there are significant differences in the indexes of the medial and lateral sides of the left upper limb,the posterior medial side of the left lower limb and the lateral side of the right lower limb,and the other eight movements have very significant differences.No new sports injuries occurred during the training of physical function.(5)In terms of physical fitness,the strength,endurance,speed,sensitivity,coordination and flexibility of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities have been improved to varying degrees,which proves that physical exercise function training can improve physical fitness.(6)In terms of physical function,physical exercise function training can promote the highest heart rate in aerobic and anaerobic exercise of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities.Moreover,the average heart rate has decreased and the recovery rate of heart rate after exercise has been greatly improved;SDNN index and LF\HF ratio index in time domain and frequency domain of heart rate variability HRV should be gradually improved in the training cycle arrangement,which is more conducive to the regulation of the autonomic nervous system of high-level female basketball players in colleges and universities on the overall ability of the heart.The highest aerobic capacity index should be arranged in the strengthening basic stage of the training cycle,and the highest anaerobic capacity index should be arranged in the consolidation and improvement stage of the training cycle,which is more conducive to improving the competitive level of female basketball players. |
