With the continuous deepening of the teaching reform in colleges and universities,new teaching ideas,concepts and teaching models have gradually come into sight.In general,colleges and universities are centered on teachers,resulting in the neglect of students' main body status,and the regular physical education teaching mode that restricts students' enthusiasm,initiative,and innovation ability.This can no longer meet the needs of the times for talent cultivation.As a new teaching model,“flipping classroom” uses information technology as a means to optimize classroom teaching and advocates “student-centered” integration of concepts such as “self-learning”,“inquiry learning” and “cooperative learning”.To cater for the goal of satisfying the individualized development needs of college students in sports reform,it provides new ideas for advancing university teaching reform.At present,the flipped classroom teaching model has achieved some results in the research and application of other disciplines.It has been widely recognized by the educational community,but its application in physical education is still relatively rare.In this study,literature experiments,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics methods were used to conduct teaching experiments in 83 male students in four classes at the 2017 level of undergraduate physical education majoring in Henan University of Physical Education to discuss the flipping classroom teaching model suitable for physical education in long jumps.The flipping classroom teaching model is applied to the effect of the long-distance technical teaching of the physical education major.It provides a theoretical and practical basis for flipping the classroom teaching model in the physical education teaching practice.After two rounds of teaching experiments,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The flipping classroom teaching mode is more conducive to improving the technical level and teaching quality of the students in the long jump technical teaching than the conventional teaching mode.2.Flipping the classroom teaching mode is more conducive to improving the student's learning interest than the conventional teaching mode.Teachers can better grasp the learning situation and progress of each student before class,and provide timely guidance for students' problems.The students will be able to better grasp the content of each lesson to keep up with the teacher's teaching progress,and create a good learning atmosphere in the class,which will help students master the learning and motor skills of the class.3.Flipping classroom teaching mode is more conducive to improving students' mastery of theoretical knowledge than conventional teaching mode.Teachers upload interesting and easy-to-learn teaching materials to the online teaching platform before class,and expand and extend them appropriately so that they can communicate and communicate with students online.This effectively prevents students from explaining theoretical knowledge to teachers in class.Poor attention and boring emotions are generated to improve students' enthusiasm and initiative.4.The flipping classroom teaching mode will directly affect the follow-up course study once the students do not study conscientiously according to the pre-learning tasks assigned by the teachers.Therefore,flipping the classroom teaching mode in the application process of physical education teaching,teachers should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn independently,and cultivate students' ability to study independently.In response to the problems existing in the application of the overturned classroom teaching model in the teaching experiment of physical education,the article proposes to enhance the overall quality of the teacher;attaches importance to the cultivation of students' self-learning ability;and teaches the students to observe,analyze,imitate,and self-assessment in their learning process.The method encourages students to actively study;due to the special nature of physical education,it is recommended to choose to flip the basic and easy-to-learn technical movements to practice,and to keep the technical movements with a certain degree of difficulty in class to learn and discuss with teachers and students,which can effectively reduce student error.The technical movements imitate and the safety hazards of the exercises under class.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the flip classroom teaching mode,maximize the advantages and characteristics of the flip classroom teaching mode.
