Flipped classroom teaching mode is a product of the information technology era.It is a new teaching mode that takes ability cultivation as the goal,information network platform and actual classroom as the intermediary,group learning as the basis,focuses on independent learning before class,and internalizes knowledge and skills during and after class.This paper takes the design and implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of jump as the research object.Literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,explore the back flip classroom teaching mode in the body type broad-jump teaching process of specific goals and methods,analysis to flip the classroom teaching mode applied in the implementation of the body type broad-jump teaching effect,and required course for physical education turned back to the application in the body type broad-jump teaching problems of classroom teaching mode,put forward the improvement measures and Suggestions,so that the flip classroom teaching mode science project effectively integrated into the physical education teaching.The study came to the following conclusions:1.Flipped classroom teaching mode plays a certain role in improving students' specific physical quality.After eight weeks of practice,compared with the traditional teaching mode,students' standing triple jump eyes and 20-meter timed monopod jump are significantly improved.2.Turn the classroom teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching model is more advantageous to improve the student's academic record,far degree average scores of the experimental class is higher than that in comparative classes and experimental classes technical evaluation results on the whole,better than that in comparative classes,and the experimental classes and grades in the theoretical knowledge that in comparative classes show significant difference,that turn over more easily into the wrong classroom teaching mode students theoretical knowledge internalization.3.Compared with traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching mode is more conducive to improving students' self-confidence,making students more interested in expressing themselves in class,enhancing the sense of sportsachievement and improving the learning effect of technical actions.At the same time,it also protects students' self-esteem and prevents them from feeling helpless.4.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' sports motivation,enables students to better understand the learning purpose and has a certain guiding effect on the learning objective.5.Compared with traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching mode can provide students with positive emotional experience,help to build harmonious teacher-student relationship and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere,but at the same time,flipped classroom teaching mode will aggravate students' fatigue with the increase of classroom practice time.
