With the demand of education reform and social development for talents,all sectors of society have drawn a higher level of talent introduction.In order to further meet the requirements of the introduction of social talents,physical education colleges and universities,as the transportation base of physical education professionals,should conform to the needs of the development of the times,innovate teaching concepts,deepen teaching discussions and improve teaching methods.As one of the compulsory contents of track and field teaching for college students majoring in physical education,the time of unit teaching is short,and the practice of technical movements is difficult.The traditional classroom teaching mainly uses the technical movement process of "run-up,take-off,take-off and landing" to strengthen the practice of special techniques in stages.The classroom auxiliary teaching is less,the practice method is single,and the students' action practice is active Sex is not high,there is a lot of room for improvement in the organization of movement practice.For this reason,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment,through the establishment of research experiment,randomly selects two ordinary track and field off class students of physical education 2019 of Hanjiang Normal University as the experimental objects,and takes the technical movements specified in the upright long jump as the teaching content,and uses the combination of "sign disc + gymnastics pad" for the experimental group and the control group respectively According to the teaching form and the traditional teaching form,the investigation and examination are carried out for the two groups of students in class and after class,and the data and data obtained from the teaching experiment are processed and analyzed to draw the following conclusions:(1)The combination training of "symbol disc + gymnastic mat" integrates running, jumping,coordination,sensitivity and other kinds of training,which can better improve the comprehensive physical quality of students,and significantly improve the jumping ability.(2)The new combination of "sign disc + gymnastic mat" can satisfy the students' curiosity of learning,help to optimize the teaching organization of the long jump, improve the students' interest in learning,and stimulate the students' initiative in class practice.(3)The combination training of "sign disc + gymnastic mat" improves the basic height of the takeoff,relatively prolongs the takeoff time,greatly reduces the difficulty of the aerial exercise,and can better train the technical action of the students' upright long jump landing in the air.(4)Compared with the common springboard assisted exercises or pure technical stage decomposition exercises,the comprehensive application of the combination training of "sign disc + gymnastics mat" is more effective in improving the performance.(5)The combination training form of "sign disc + gymnastics mat" can enhance the overall control of classroom teaching design,greatly enhance the proportion of students' practice,and give more practice time back to students,which is helpful to the teaching arrangement with group teaching method and teaching according to students' aptitude.
