| With the development of educational informatization, the requirement for teachers is getting increasingly higher, especially for teacher’s ability of using informational technology. A higher normal colleges and universities for teachers’ pre-service training, they want to improve the future teachers’ information technology application ability. On the basis of this objective, many higher college set up a course named Modern Educational Technology. But this course has many problems, especially about experiment teaching. The traditional teaching mode is unable to adapt to the requirements of teaching of this course and content the training requirements for the ability of normal students’ information technology application. So the study to training future teachers’ information technology application abilities is very important.In recent years, flipped classroom becomes increasingly popular as a new hybrid teaching mode. On the basis of review and analysis of relevant literature, we combination Blending Learning, the effectiveness of learning Pyramid theory and task driven theory, "Flipped classroom" teaching idea as the instruction. We construct the experiment teaching pattern of "Flipped classroom". In the course of Modern Educational Technology we do the concrete teaching practice. The study is on the basis of the empirical study, I selects two classes of contrast experiment, After the experiment I chose 93 students to do the questionnaire survey and performance appraisal. I use the spss19.0 to complete the analysis including T test analysis to analysis the difference between the students.The main conclusion of this study:(1) The construction of the flipped classroom model suitable for the experimental teaching contents.(2)Demonstration, practice and evaluation of suit micro class can improve academic achievement of students and self-efficacy.(3) The mode of "Flipped classroom" can improve the students’ learning satisfaction, But the mode don’t make the significant effective between learning attitude. |
