In the context of globalization,the professional sports events with the development of internet sports video live,spread and commercial value is growing,the internet sports video live platform has begun to get involved in sports event live video bringing a series of economic benefits.China’s internet sports video live platform for the rapid rise of praise,such as PP sports,Tencent sports,Lesports,supersports and other new media to spend huge sums of money to buy the live live rights,to provide quality live events at the same time layout and expansion of sports eco-accelerate the process of commercialization.This paper based on the literature review,the paper decides to choose the business model,which was created by Osterwalder to analyze the business model of internet sports video live platform.According to this model,a evaluation system was established,including value,proposition,customer proposition,customer segments,channels,customer relationships,revenue streams,key resources,key activities,key partnerships nine angles.Then,index weights were given via analytic hierarchy process.For quantitative indexes,the score were given through questionnaire.For quantitative index,the score were given through fuzzy membership function.based on the scores,the paper gives the advice to internet sports video live platform.This paper includes five parts altogether.The first is the preface,maily explain the research background,meaning of the thesis,content,literatures review of business models,the relevant research of the evaluation of business models of internet sports video live platform and research method.The second part is the analyse of the internet sports video live platform business model based on the theory of PEST,value chain and value net.The third part is building the business model evaluation system of internet sports video live platform events comprehensive information.The fourth part is the empirical research on business model evaluation of four internet sports video live platforms.Select the evaluation method of this article is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this method is based on fuzzy mathematics,can well solve the due to the factors of quantitative boundary is not clear,not easily lead to fuzzy problems,can make objective and fair evaluation results and high credibility,so can use this method to internet sports video live platform business model for comprehensive evaluation,find out the weak link and put forward reasonable optimizization to improve the difference values calculated sequence.The five part is conclusion and suggestions.Through the in-depth study of literature,this paper concluded:internet sports video live platform business model evaluation can be delivered from customer,product,Infrastructure and finance ability from four aspects to carry on the comprehensive evaluation.Berified by empirical research and analysis,in this paper,the evaluation model has rationality in the assessment of business model.SO can use this method to the internet sports video live platform business model for comprehensive evaluation,find out the weak link and put forward reasonable optimization to improve the difference values calculated sequence.
