On the eve of teachers' day in 2014,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in order to realize national prosperity,national revitalization and education development,it is imperative to build high-quality professional teachers.In the critical period of times transformation,society transformation and education transformation,teachers are given a new mission,teachers' professional life is given a new expectation,while accepting the new mission,teachers' current professional life situation has attracted more and more attention of scholars.The professional development of specially-honored teachers is a process of selfimprovement and self-renewal.It is a process of continuous struggle,continuous improvement and self-transcendence in professional life.This research adopts narrative research method,selects the specific and typical specially-honored Chinese teacher C as the research object,focuses on field research,embeds the professional life of teacher C,and shows the real picture of teacher C's professional life as much as possible through rich first-hand information.This study consists of introduction,six chapters and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the origin of the research,expounds the purpose and value of the research,based on combing the existing research at home and abroad,the core concepts are defined.The first chapter of the text clearly takes the theory of life world and the theory of "self-renewal" oriented teachers' professional development as the theoretical basis of this study,and observes the professional life process and significance of specially-honored teacher.The second chapter describes the researcher's "preparations" for entering the research site,the specific process of field research and four research principles.The third and fourth chapters are the main part of the thesis,which focus on the deep description and construction of the professional life of specially-honored teacher in calendar tense and synchronic,and interpret a lot of fresh stories in the professional life of teacher C.The fifth chapter presents the interaction situation of teacher C,her family,her colleagues and the public.The sixth chapter aims to explore the contributing factors of teacher C's quality professional life,so as to provide a reference mechanism for the professional life of ordinary teachers: trigger ordinary teachers to enhance their awareness of independent professional development in professional life,combine the goals and processes of professional life,enhance the theoretical awareness in professional life practice,tap the educational factors of ordinary daily life,and realize the unity of professional life rationality and sensibility,and pursue the professional life of quality and decent.At the end of the study,the author reviews the research process of teacher C's professional life and rethinks the whole research.
