Education is a fundamental task for the coming generation.Teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers are the executors of education and the leaders who guide students to acquire knowledge.So it is crucial to improve teacher's educational quality.For rural fundamental education,adding young teachers is the key point to solve the problem.The "Specially Contracted Teachers Plan" is a complementary innovation mechanism for Chinese teachers,which is essentially to rationally allocate teacher resources.The "Specially Contracted Teachers Plan " allows a group of college students who have a dream to pursue,and let the more young people join the rural basic education.However,most schools are located in harsh condition,and comparing with town teachers,they face more difficulties in the professional development of teachers.Not only professional difficulties,but also difficulties in life.In the context of the balanced development of our compulsory education,it has profound significance to pay attention to special post teachers in rural primary school teacher's professional development.This study is based on the case of D County in Jilin Province.The field research and questionnaire were used to analyze the professional development status of rural primary school teachers in D County of Jilin Province.I would like to make a contribution to the professional development of the special post teachers in the rural primary schoolsThere are four parts of this study: The first part is the concept definition and theoretical support of the professional development of special post teachers in rural primary school teachers..The second part is to find out the existing problems based on the current professional development status of the survey.The third part is to analyze the reasons for problems from policy,school and individuals themselves.The fourth part is to put forward relevant opinions for the existing problems: complete policies,strengthen management and enhance yourself.
