Through 40 years of market economy reform and opening,China has made rapid progress in economic and social development.On the one hand,the total amount of GDP in 2017 is second in the world,reached 82 trillion,and the average annual growth rate of GDP is nearly 9.5%;on the other hand,the poor population is greatly reduced and the socialist harmony is harmonious.Great achievements have been made in the construction of society.However,the population base of our country is large.From the per capita level,there is still a big gap with the developed countries.At present,the "three rural issues" still be an obstacle to China's economic development and social stability.Solving the "three rural issues" can help our country transfer from big country to strong country.urban-rural dual structure in China has been existed,not only the gap between urban and rural income is large,but also the welfare gap between urban and rural residents is also large.The important performance is that the distribution of educational resources is not balanced,which hinders the integration and development of urban and rural areas.In the three background of the transition period,urban-rural dual structure and the "Rural Revitalization" strategy,the household education investment not only affects the future development of farmers' own future,but also affects the future of the future rural development.Therefore,under this background,the study of the interaction relationship between household education investment and household income of farmers has a very important practical significance.Through extensive reading of relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the theories of education investment theory,human capital theory,labor market segmentation theory and signal transmission model,based on the National Statistics Bureau of the national "migrant workers" monitoring and survey data of the year,the 2016 Chinese population and Employment Statistics Yearbook,the 2017 Rural Statistics year In this paper,the present situation of household education and investment in China(rural population and education status,current status of household owners and spouses,current status of education for family and children),household income status of farmers and household income,and the main problems faced by household education and investment in China,namely monetary constraints,inadequate supply of education and city,are analyzed in this paper.There are three major problems in the transfer of rural education resources.Based on the CFPS 2014 data and using the Logistic regression method,this paper studies the influence of household income factors on the investment decision of rural households' children's higher education on the premise of controlling the individual heterogeneity,family background and regional factors of the children of farmers' families,and uses the limited dependent variable model(Tobit model)to study the agriculture.The impact of household income gap on household education investment.On the basis of Logistic regression,we use the trend value matching method(PSM)to estimate the income return of farmers' families to receive higher education.Based on CHIP2008 data,we use the expanded Mincer wage equation to estimate the impact of vocational skill education on the income of migrant workers.According to the empirical results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)household education investment of farmers is restricted by household income level,facing monetary constraints;(2)household education investment will significantly positively affect household income;(3)family education investment and household income of farmers are mutually promoting and restricting each other.The dynamic relationship.Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy suggestions are put forward:(1)strengthen the level of rural education input,improve the level and quality of basic education;(2)promote the "Rural Revitalization" strategy and improve household income;(3)strengthen the vocational skills education of rural labor,and cultivate new farmers and industrial workers;(4)We should strengthen investment support and support for rural education,and improve farmers' willingness to invest in family education.
