With the change of The Times,teaching is facing great challenges.More and more people begin to care about the quality of teaching,which puts teachers and teaching at the forefront of reform.Under such circumstances,the recognition of teachers also faces a huge impact.The emergence of major capital put forward new theory Angle of view for the development of teachers' professional identity,professional capital against business will be the teacher as a professional can mount guard after short-term training,teachers should put forward through long-term training strictly,and emphasize teachers is a dignified,have their own professional life living people,pay more attention to the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and purpose.Professional identity also emphasizes the intrinsic motivation of teacher professional development and regards teacher professional identity as a dynamic process.This shows that there is a certain relationship between professional capital and professional people.Rich blue could be divided into five factors: professional capital intelligence(or skill),commitment and responsibility consciousness,life,culture,and teaching situations or conditions,these factors and teachers' professional identity is fit to the requirement of teachers.Therefore,this study chooses the theory of professional capital to study the professional identity of teachers.This research is carried out according to the current situation,why this situation is generated,and how this research idea should be done.Studies the main content includes: the basic present situation analysis of primary and secondary school teachers' professional identity,what specific problems of primary and secondary school teachers' professional identity,under the professional capital theory Angle of view to analyze its explanation,and on this basis further promotion strategy is put forward.In this study,questionnaire survey and interview were combined.On the basis of existing research,the questionnaire on professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers was compiled by myself.Teachers' professional identity is divided into six dimensions: professional knowledge,professional role,professional behavior,professional emotion,professional environment and professional commitment.A questionnaire survey of 310 primary and secondary school teachers was conducted,followed by in-depth interviews with individual teachers,providing solid data support for the study.This study found that the overall level of professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers is relatively high,but it still needs to be improved in terms of the identity of individual dimensions.Found after a detailed analysis of each dimension,the main problems of primary and secondary school teachers' professional identity are: the teacher's professional role positioning,professional emotional consciousness,lack of career planning consciousness and lack of cooperation culture,lack of professional development platform and the teachers' lack of sense of responsibility.Then,under the guidance of professional capital theory,the professional identity of teachers is analyzed by using intelligence,responsibility consciousness and culture.On the basis of the above research,based on the three elements of professional capital and the elements closely related to teachers' professional identity,this paper proposes the promotion strategy for teachers' professional identity.
