Objective:Rock-climbing is a challenging project that combines energy, technology, adventure and mind. The number of people involved in rock climbing has been doubled in recent years. The specific quality and skill level of rock-climbers is an important indicator of competitive ability, but there are relatively few researches on this aspect. The author aims to study the physiological and anthropometric characteristics of rock-climbing athletes. With the surface electromyography as a tool to explore the differences between the different action details of the same form of special technical action, and with the special quality of the arm overhang training and special skills as the perspective of action, and serving rock climbing careers. Methods: Access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and related books, and ask the rock climbing experts about this research,Combining the experience of author's athletes. The article reviews the special qualities of rock-climbing athletes and their training.Twenty of the elite male climbers in Sichuan province were selected as the research objects and their rock climbing level was quite similar. The surface myoelectrical analysis was performed on the flexion arm suspensions with different elbow angles during the special quality training of the fingerboard.According to the different angles of the elbow joints, the patients were divided into 50 degrees,90 degrees and 140 degrees. The trapezius anterior fasciculus, the anterior fascia of the deltoid muscle, the biceps brachiocephalus, the triceps, the brachialis, and the ulnar flexor muscles were selected to test the muscle group.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to analyze the difference of EMG(i EMG,MPFs),p <0.05 was significant difference,p <0.01 was significant difference, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:(1)The IEMG values of all muscle groups were generally larger in all angles, but the order of muscle EMG of all muscle groups in the 50-degree group was as follows: triceps long head> brachioradialis muscle> ulnar flexor flexor> biceps long Head> Trapezius upper beam> Deltoid,90 degrees group is the brachioradialis muscle> ulnar flexor flexor> Triceps long head> Biceps long head> Deltoid> Trapezius The order of the 140-degree groups is similar to 90 degrees. In the 90-degree MPFs,the values of triceps long head, flexor carpi ulnaris, trapezius upper quadrant, anterior deltoid, long biceps and brachioradialis increased in turn, and triceps Muscle long head and other muscle groups vary greatly, but 50 degrees and 140 degrees group MPFs inconsistent changes, but generally not obvious.(2)Elbow angle from 140-90-50 degrees,IEMG on the trapezius muscle gradually become larger,50 degrees increased sharply and larger MPFs;biceps long head IEMG gradually decreased;triceps long head and The changes of IEMG of long biceps head were opposite. The changes of brachioradialis muscle and flexor carpi ulnaris were similar, and there was no difference in MPFs at different angles. All of them had larger IEMG at 90 degrees of elbow joint.Conclusion:50 degrees group and 90 degrees group, most of the long muscle mobilization and fatigue levels are positively correlated,50 degrees of body joints in the flexor elbow flexor tendon relative position;90 degrees group brachialis radial muscle exercise best, mobilization Maximum, forearm in this perspective is in the median and elbow extensor flexion group there is the phenomenon of contraction.140 degrees from the body to the proximal side of the body, the target unit of motor mobilization units gradually smaller, the better the effect of distal muscle training.
