Objective: ECG and heart rate have always been extremely important indicators in sports training and are an important basis for implementing scientific and reasonable exercise training.A real-time,accurate,sensitive description of the variability and change in the heart rate parameters of the motion center is possible to capture the abnormal signal and work state of the heart, which is very important for the risk of movement and the change of heart condition. The current research on the description method of ECG heart rate is very little, only in the method of scatter line chart of current practice in the application of ECG heart rate parameters were described, but the scatter diagram can describe the historical fluctuations in the data, but not with the nature of trend prediction. As the financial market and the K-line real-time tracking of market price changes, record analysis method to reveal the changes in market supply and demand, compared with the dispersion curves, contains a record of real-time data fluctuation and sensitive judgment content characteristics trend, has the advantage of variation degree, describe the heart working state. But the K line used to describe changes in heart rate ECG parameters to observe the heart work has not been reported,so this study is based on the project team early on K-line theory using basic research in the field of sports,to be applied to describe the change trend of the K index of heart rate variability, compared to the traditional method to explore the K-line scattered point line graph whether the adaptability trend is more sensitive and accurate description of the real-time motion center stress generated when the dirty and small differences, and new ideas for the development of risk prompt movement.method: This article will trace the price fluctuations of the K-line theory in real time, reveal the characteristics of the trend of supply and demand in the market, use the real-time recording of fluctuations in the heart rate variability index, use the RR interval indicators and RR interval / average The two types of K-line formed by the two kinds of data can be used to study whether the K-line can more clearly and objectively describe the objective changes of cardiovascular function over time and try to extract the abnormal signals that may exist in the monitoring. The experiment is based on 40 students of the 2015 level of Wushu College of Chengdu Sport University. It is divided into three parts. The first part is the measurement of maximal oxygen uptake capacity and the recording of real-time electrocardiographic signals of subjects during incremental load exercise. The second part is to record real-time ECG signals in large, medium, and small quantitative load exercises with 90% VO2 max,70% VO2 max,and50% VO2 max.The third part is to record the subject's real-time ECG signal in quantitative random load. After recording the ECG signal, the R-R interval was extracted and the R-R interval/average index data was calculated. The fluctuation was made into a scatter line chart, and the text was imported into Tongdaxin software to obtain the K-line chart.SPSS 22.0 was used to perform statistical analysis on the data. The comparison between the K-line and scatter-line charts and the relationship between the extracted abnormal signals and the maximal oxygen uptake capacity were analyzed.result:1.In different types of load training, the K-line graph determines the trend of R-R interval changes when the load increases. The average time was(5.2 " ± 2.12),which was 7.2" ahead of the average time(12.4 " ± 5.83)determined by the scatter chart,and(4.6" ± 1.13)when the load was reduced or stopped.),an average of 4.5 " ahead of time(9.1" ± 3.67)on the scatter chart line.It is shown that when the load increases or decreases, the K-line graph determines the trend time is significantly faster than the scatter line chart(P<0.05).2.In the K-line chart constructed by the RR interval/average index, the K-line diagram in each stage of quantitative load presents a regular downward slash, which will form the downward slash of each load during the entire training process. The correlation between the mean slope and the maximal oxygen uptake capacity of the subjects was analyzed. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the slope's mean slope and the subject's maximal oxygen uptake capacity was-0.621(P<0.01).At 0.386,there is a high degree of negative correlation.3.An independent sample T-test was performed to determine whether there was an abnormal signal and maximum oxygen uptake capacity. It was verified whether there was a significant difference in aerobic capacity between the two groups of subjects who did not have this signal. The results showed that the maximal oxygen uptake capacity index of the subjects who had a gap signal in the mid-term of a certain quantitative load stage was 39.80±5.92(ml/kg/min)on average, and the maximal oxygen uptake capacity of the subjects without gapping signal was significant. The average value of the index was 46.48±5.53(ml/kg/min).The maximum oxygen uptake was significantly better in subjects without gapping signals than in those with gapping signals(P<0.05).The average maximal oxygen uptake capacity index of subjects with multiple Long Shadow Line abnormal signals was 40.92±4.52(ml/kg/min),and the average maximal oxygen uptake capacity index of subjects without such signals was 45.19.±6.91(ml/kg/min),the maximal oxygen uptake of subjects without such signals was better than those with such signals, and it was significant(P<0.05).The maximal oxygen uptake capacity index of the subjects who showed abnormal signals of Bullish pattern line and Bearish pattern line alternately was 42.37±5.85(ml/kg/min),and the average maximal oxygen uptake capacity index of subjects without such signals was 45.32.± 6.9(ml/kg/min),the maximal oxygen uptake of subjects without such signals was slightly better than the presence of such signals, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).conclusion:1.The K-line graph can reflect the R-R interval variation trend in real-time and accurately compared with the traditional scatter-point line graph, and display the physiological changes of the cardiovascular system to respond to the load more quickly and sensitively.2.In the K-line chart constructed by the R-R interval/average index, the slope of the downward slash line presented in each quantitative load phase is smaller, demonstrating that the control ability of the heart for adaptive adjustment is better. The occurrence of abnormal signals of gapping and multiple long shadows indicates that the cardiac adaptive control ability is weak.
