Objective:The relationship between heart rate variability and the level of cardiovascular function measured by the harvard step test and 30 seconds of the30-second squats.Harvard steps test measurement as the criterion,the cardiovascular function of measuring heart rate variability is 30 times than 30 second squat experiment measuring the effectiveness of the cardiovascular function.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical and practical reference for the possibility of sports risk and sudden death of sports.Methods:Thirty-two subjects were selected to meet the requirements of the experiment,and were programmed into the youth and middle age groups by age.Choose internationally recognized the simple and feasible,and can be used to measure cardiac function index of harvard step test and the 30 seconds squats 30 times,with high effectiveness of 30 seconds squats 30 times the experimental measurements for comparison,with 30 subjects were 30 second crouching start experiment and 3 minutes in harvard step experiment synchronous record and heart rate variation characteristics of ecg signals into key research areas,respectively measured participants’ heart rate,blood pressure level index,the index of cardiac function and heart rate variation coefficient and other indexes;Statistical analysis of the data was carried out after the experiment.Results:(1)The correlation of the experimental results: youth cardiac function index and the steps of correlation coefficient is 0.656(P=0.006)and heart rate variation coefficient(120-180seconds)and step index of correlation coefficient is 0.837(P =0.000).Middle-aged cardiac function index and the steps of correlation coefficient is0.587(P=0.017)and heart rate variation coefficient(120-180seconds)and step index of correlation coefficient is 0.754(P=0.001).The results showed that the correlation between the heart rate variation and the index of the index was higher than the correlation between the index and the index.(2)As criterion to harvard bench test,measure the effectiveness of the result of the experiment: youth cardiac function index and the steps of rank correlation coefficient is 0.603(P=0.013)and heart rate variation coefficient(120-180seconds)and step index of correlation coefficient is0.968(P=0.000).Middle-aged cardiac function index and the steps of correlation coefficient is 0.590(P=0.016)and heart rate variation coefficient(120-180seconds)and step index of correlation coefficient is 0.897(P=0.008).The results showed that the correlation between the rate of the heart rate and the index of the step index was higher than the index of the index.Conclusion:(1)Heart rate variation coefficient respectively with cardiac function index and step index suggests there are correlation between level of cardiovascular function,and the correlation of heart rate variation coefficient and step index is higher than the heart index of correlation function index and steps,using the heart rate variability index measuring cardiovascular function is supported by the experimental results,a theoretical and practical significance.Harvard steps(2)To test for the criterion of measurement of heart rate variability index is used to measure the effectiveness of cardiovascular than 30 seconds squats 30 times experiment is used to measure the effectiveness of cardiovascular high,indicate using real-time heart rate variability in the movement of cardiovascular function can meet the actual demand.
