The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)points out that in order to cultivate talents for all-round development,teachers must improve their own teaching ability.The standards(experiments)of general high school geography courses require teachers to implement effective teaching and students to achieve effective learning.This article takes high school geography classroom question as the entry point,uses the classroom observation evaluation and the improvement to ask questions,for the talent training,the teacher teaching level improves,the student's learning plays the promotion role.The author mainly adopts literature review to determine how to research,takes classroom observation as principle research method,observes classroom questioning from teachers ' question setting,implementation and feedback as well as students' question putting forward and solving,and uses questionnaire to analyze leadership' s intentions,so that the conclusion and inspiration of classroom questioning of teachers,students and leadership are acquired and the goal of improving the way that teachers and students put forward questions is achieved.The conclusion of classroom questioning:1.Teachers follow the principle of moderation to set questions and determine the number,breaking through important and difficult points by questioning and arousing students' interest through difficult questions.But the questions are confined to textbooks and lack in originality.2.The way teachers question is in accordance with students'capability.However,teachers neglect the principle of equality for they usually ignore students in the last two rows.Besides,Verbose reduces the validity of questions3.As for feedback,the time when students consider questions is related to whether questions are difficult or not.Meanwhile,there is no inquiries when students' answers are wrong and no praise when their answers are right.4.Students have no habit of asking questions actively.5.Students can' t solve questions independently and actively unless they are asked to.But they usually continue to think about the following questions on matter whether they can tell the answers to the former questions.Besides,they have little knowledge of terms of map and geography but have good mental quality and oral language ability,which are better for students in senior 2.6.Although leadership ignore the benefit of training,award and books,they are willing to promote classroom observation for they realize the importance of questioning so that good foundation is laid for the relative work.The inspiration of classroom questioning:1.Teachers should originally set questions related to hotspots and life phenomena of geography.2.Teachers should pay more attention to students in the last two rows and eliminate pet phrases.They should make sure there are answers to questions which should be concise.Meanwhile,regulations and skills of solving questions should be delivered.3.As for feedback,teachers should lead students to right answers after they make mistakes,praise them when their answers are right,and improve their strain ability.4.Teachers should encourage students put forward questions proactively.5.Teachers ought to inspire students answer questions actively and help them to command enough terms of map and geography.6.Leadership should organize relative training,design award system and purchase books.
