As China's "national ball",the table tennis project in the world competition achieved remarkable results,has gradually become one of the constraints to further internationalization of its factors.The phenomenon that the Chinese table tennis team has dominated the world table tennis for a long time has affected the enthusiasm of other countries in the world to participate in table tennis to varying degrees,which in turn has aggravated the imbalance in the development of table tennis in the world.In order to enhance and maintain the competitive level and international status of China's table tennis,and at the same time shoulder China's important mission in the development of the world table tennis movement,we will further promote the internationalization of table tennis.Cai Zhenhua,chairman of the China Table Tennis Association,proposed and proposed a table tennis development strategy with the "wolf raising plan" as the core.Since the "wolf raising plan" was put forward and implemented,it has brought about a positive impact on the development of table tennis in China.At the same time,it has also produced many problems and it is worth reviewing and reflecting on it.Taking the "wolf raising plan" to promote the development of table tennis in our country as the research angle,this paper uses the literature data method,interview method and logic analysis method,through combing and analyzing the basic status quo of the development of table tennis in our country and the main problems existing in it.To find out the main factors affecting the development of table tennis and the implementation of the "wolf raising plan",and then put forward the relevant suggestions to promote the development of table tennis and the internationalization level of table tennis.The findings are as follows:First,the implementation of the "wolf raising plan" has a positive impact on the development of table tennis in China,including the further promotion of the level of the socialization of table tennis in China.A batch of table tennis professionals and table tennis enthusiasts have been trained at home and abroad,and the competitive level and international influence of table tennis in China have been improved.Second,the problems faced by the development of table tennis in China are manifested in the following aspects: the disadvantages of the table tennis training in the whole country are increasingly obvious.Table tennis is facing an embarrassing situation in which the foreign participation is low,and the lack of competition from many countries leads to the decrease of the heat of the table tennis competition.The situation directly affects the basic position of table tennis in Olympic Games.Third,there are many problems in the implementation process of table tennis development strategy with the core concept of "wolf plan" as the core concept.On the one hand,it is related to people's understanding and cognition of the "wolf plan".On the other hand,it is subject to the influence of the competitive sports management model and its negative factors in China,which leads to the "wolf raising plan" to the edge.Therefore,it is necessary to reconsider and ponder over the "wolf raising program".Fourth,it should be based on the current situation of table tennis in China and the needs of the balanced development of table tennis in the world,whether it is necessary to continue the implementation of the plan and whether it needs to adjust and change the basic positioning and implementation of the "wolf plan" plan.It needs to be adjusted and perfected from the cognitive level and the concrete operation level.Fifth,the strategies for improving and perfecting the "wolf raising plan" include: setting up the Table Tennis Academy in different regional scope,carrying forward the table tennis culture,setting up the table tennis class in Confucius college,increasing the international influence of the culture of ping-pong in China,attaching importance to the "transnational combination" and implementing the "wolf raising plan",and the United International.The strength of the table tennis federation helps to explore a new "wolf raising mode" with the help of the East Asian Cup.
