Study On The Management Of China Super League Of Table Tennis Club

Based on the management of table tennis Super league in China,this paper analyzes the development process and present situation of table tennis Super league in China,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the management system of table tennis league abroad.Compared with the mature professional sports management system in foreign countries,this paper draws on the mature and successful experience of the professional sports management system in foreign countries by means of questionnaire survey and expert interview,and puts forward a set of development mode of table tennis Super league management system,and puts forward reform measures.In the past ten years,the development of China's Ping-Pong Super League has not only made great achievements,but also exposed some imperfect aspects,compared with the mature professional league in foreign countries,there are still insufficient aspects:Ping-Pong Super League property rights lack clarity;The management system of table tennis league needs to be improved.The internal management system of the club is not perfect.Ping-pong Super league market breeding poor.Focus on meeting fans 'consumption needs and marketThe professionalization reform of the Chinese table tennis Super league must be adapted to the economic reform of China,and should take the gradual development path--from the current "dual system" management model,which focuses on the administration system,to the "dual system",which focuses on the management system of the association system,and eventually develop into the association management model,which suits the international practice and market economy.The management system of table tennis Super league should be improved from five aspects:establishing professional table tennis club with the nature of modern enterprise;The establishment of the China Table Tennis League Committee;Table tennis association materialization;Clear title to the league and clubs;Establish the operation mechanism which is suitable to the management system of the professional table tennis.
