Teaching organization is the organization guarantee for the talent cultivation as well as the teaching operation.In the traditional mode of teaching organization,universities always attach great importance to professional education and ignore general education.With the deepening of the reform of education and teaching in our country,the absence of general education has become an obstruction for innovative talents cultivation.Students with too specialized knowledge or too narrowed professional knowledge is likely to cause narrow scope of knowledge,insufficient development potential,weak occupation transfer ability and innovation ability.The main cause is that universities lack a coherent and fluent teaching organization structure to guarantee the combination of general education and professional education.Therefore,establishing an appropriate teaching organization structure for general education is a development key for higher education,which will play a crucial role for talent cultivation in our country.At present,some universities have proposed the reform program of teaching organization structure in succession,and actively optimize the teaching organization mode of innovative talents cultivation.However,the study on the teaching organization structure based on the concept of general education is rare.From the perspective of general education,this thesis will explore the innovation of teaching organization structure based on the establishment of undergraduate school.By means of literature review,survey research method and case analysis method,this thesis conducts data analysis processing by utilizing EXCEL statistical analysis software and SPSS Statistical analysis software.By analyzing the data,this thesis has summarized the following problems of teaching organization structure: First,all the institutes do things in their own way,lacking collaboration between each other;Second,decision-making power always concentrated in superior class;Third,the primary level always lacking the sense of belonging to the organization.In view of the above problems,this thesis utilizes case analysis method to conduct research to the Harvard College in Harvard University and the undergraduate school in Xi'an Jiaotong University,and summarizes the principle of innovation for teaching organization structure,so as to put forward the reform route in the aspect of right distribution,intersectoral collaboration and performance appraisal.Our study will pave the way for the reform of teaching organization structure and innovative talents cultivation in Chinese universities.
