Study On The Mental Health And Path Of College Students From The Perspective Of School Social Work

With the development of society and some promoted aspects,people have suffered much more life pressure than before.Especially some graduating college students,they are the hope of the nation and the future of the country.Not only the academic problems are the main consideration,but also the pressure from family,society and school should be tackled.Originally they have a great dream,but it has been bounded by various requirements.Therefore,there is a variety of psychological problems which affect college students' physical and mental healthy problem.In recent years,psychological problems of university students has become increasingly prominent which has attracted the attention of the state and society.As a consequence,the traditional psychological consultation method and the student management methods can not solve the complex requirements induced by students' psychological problems and introducing new methods to solve the problems of college students is urgent.Fortunately,the school of social work gives us a choice.Although school social work comes up late in China,but it can solve the problems of college students by a systematical mode.The school of social work is an useful and professional method which is not only introducing the the people-oriented concept to the psychological problems of college students but also can provide an effective method for health education of college students.This paper analyzes the psychological problems of X college students using the of questionnaire,referred literature and some practical experience and puts forward a practical path for college students' mental health education from the perspective of school social work.Firstly,the author introduced the current situation of the development of school social work at home and abroad.Next,the psychological health problems of college students of X University in Xi'an city,;secondly the author from the school,family,society and students are university students have psychological reason the problem;put forward the feasibility of psychological problems of college students in the perspective of school social work recognition and other aspects of professional perspective and the psychological problems of college students and students.Finally,it puts forward feasible ways and ways to solve mental health problems.In the process of analysis,the author advocates that students should enhance their psychological resistance,cultivate their independence and promote their healthy growth.
