Study On Cultivation Of Self-Efficacy Of College Students’ Entrepreneurship

Youth is a country and youth is strong.Since the party’s 18th National Congress,the various national development strategies formulated by the party Central Committee have continuously promoted the deep integration of the younger generation’s growth struggle with the country’s innovation and development.He emphasized in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that it is necessary to continue to promote the use of entrepreneurship by college graduates and other young people.Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the entrepreneurial innovation of the young Chinese generation is strongly supported by the government and all walks of life.In the present situation of severe employment in our country,the state has proposed many policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses.Self-employment has become the first choice for more and more college graduates.Although college students are increasingly willing to start a business,and there are many strong conditions such as the support of the state and universities,but the current rate of entrepreneurial success and success rate of undergraduates in our country is not very high.The low level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in college students has become a major obstacle to successful entrepreneurship.At present,the academic research on the cultivation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students mainly focuses on the connotation.Based on the concept of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students and relevant theories,this article investigates the current status of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in college students and their current status.It analyzes the overall level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students and the overall status of the colleges and universities,aiming at the cultivation of colleges and universities.The questions propose a path suitable for the cultivation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in Chinese college students,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the theoretical study of college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the improvement of the success rate of entrepreneurship in Chinese college students.The related content of fostering entrepreneurial self-efficacy has been elaborated from four aspects.The first chapter,the relevant theory of the college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy are discussed,including the concept of college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy,college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy dimensions as well as college students entrepreneurial self-efficacy theory support three aspects,made a brief overview of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students.The second chapter mainly includes two parts,the first part is generalization of college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy cultivation system,the principle of starting from the cultivating goal,cultivating and breeding three aspects elaborated the specific content of the college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy cultivating system;The second part is the significance of cultivating self-efficacy of college students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy.The third chapter is the part of the questionnaire survey on the status quo and cultivation status quo of entrepreneurship self-efficacy investigation,including the purpose of the investigation,survey implementation and content of the investigation and the results of three parts,through investigation and analysis to understand the current overall level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of our college students as well as Colleges and universities to cultivate the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students,according to the results of the survey to analyze some existing problems,so as to put forward specific and feasible solutions.The fourth chapter based on the theory of former three chapters various content of carding and analyzing the results of the investigation,according to the influence factors of college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and reference for cultivating experience abroad,put forward the suitable for our country the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students cultivate the specific path.
