Innovation is the essence of the development of the times,the soul of social progress,and the important guarantee for a country to stand in the forest of the world.As a highly comprehensive discipline,sports shouldered the historical mission of developing students' physical and mental health and promoting the socialization of students.To achieve this great historical mission,it is the key to play the creativity of all physical education teachers.College sports as an important stage of student development,we should take innovation as the first element to cultivate students' all-round development.A variety of teaching methods and rich teaching content in college physical education teachers can stimulate the intrinsic motivation of students' learning,which is of great significance for the cultivation of high-quality talents.Physical education teachers' teaching innovation activities belong to individual behavior,and individual activities can't do without environmental impact."Cognitive map" theory and the "field theory" that environment is the prerequisite to exist.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational environment,this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the teaching innovation ability of College PE teachers,to improve the teaching innovation ability of College PE teachers,and to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents.Based on previous studies,this study explored the impact of organizational environment on the teaching innovation ability of college physical education teachers from the perspective of organizational environment.The questionnaire survey was carried out on 450 College Physical Education Teachers in Henan province by "the scale of college organizational environment" and "the ability table for teaching innovation of College Physical Education Teachers".At the same time,the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 data statistics software.The conclusions are as follows:(1)at present,the teaching innovation ability of physical education teachers in Universities in Henan is in the middle level.The ranking of College Physical Education Teachers' teaching innovation ability in all dimensions from high to low,respectively: Innovation of teaching goal and teaching content,innovation of teaching process and teaching method,innovation of teaching reflection and teaching evaluation,innovation of teaching learning guidance,teaching thinking and teaching idea innovation,teaching resources and teaching situation The innovation of scenery.(2)College Physical Education Teachers' teaching innovation ability is different in age,teaching age,educational background and professional title.Among them,the teaching innovation ability of college physical education teachers with long teaching time,high academic qualifications and high professional titles is higher than that of college physical education teachers with short educational age,low academic qualifications and low professional titles.(3)college physical education teachers do not generally evaluate the organizational environment of universities.Among them,interpersonal relations score is the highest and material environment score is the lowest.(4)there is a significant positive correlation between the organizational environment of universities and the teaching innovation ability of college physical education teachers.That is,the better the organizational environment is,the higher the teaching innovation ability of College PE teachers is.(5)the influence of the principal,the atmosphere of the campus and the interpersonal relationship have a very important predictive function for the innovation of the teaching thinking and teaching ideas,the innovation of teaching resources and teaching situations,and the innovation of teaching and learning guidance for the physical education teachers of colleges and universities;the development conditions provided by interpersonal relations and work are innovative to the teaching objectives and the teaching content.The teaching process and the innovation of teaching methods have an important predictive function,and the development conditions,interpersonal relationship and campus style provided by the work have a very significant predictive effect on teaching reflection and teaching evaluation.
