Research On The Influencing Factors Of Innovation Ability Of Graduate Students In Colleges And Universities

The current international competition presents the characteristics of innovation competition,a country with sustainable innovation ability and a large number of high-quality human resources will have great potential to develop knowledge economy.Innovation is the soul of a nation,the cultivation of innovative talents is an indispensable condition for a country's political,economic,and social development.This study adopts literature research method,deductive method,empirical analysis method,based on the review of related concepts of innovation and innovation capability on the related factors of the review of graduate innovation effect.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of innovation ability of graduate students.Based on the three aspects of the individual level,the school level and the social level,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the factors affecting the innovation ability of graduate students,and constructs the theoretical model.Through the questionnaire design and data collection,data analysis is carried out to test the theoretical model of the factors affecting the innovation ability of graduate students.According to the results of empirical research,the paper analyzes the bottleneck of innovation ability of graduate students in Colleges and universities,summarizes the innovation ability of college students on English virtue inspiration,finally puts forward relevant to enhance the innovation ability of graduate students in Colleges and universities countermeasures.In this study,it is believed that the intelligence and knowledge level of graduate students will have a positive impact on their innovation ability.From the school,a good innovation environment has a positive effect on the germination of great innovative thinking and innovative thinking through much further in a positive effect on innovation ability,and the influence of teaching methods of graduate students innovation ability is not supported.In addition,the innovative ability of graduate students also have significant positive effects of social psychological factors and social innovation platform,provides impetus to promote positive social psychology and sound innovation platform for the study of students'innovative ability;social culture through creative thinking and affecting the innovation ability of postgraduates.Therefore,it is suggested to enhance the innovation ability of graduate students in three aspects:individual,school and social environment.
