Research On The Training Mode Of Competitive Tennis Reserve Talents In China Under The Market Economic System

At present,China is in a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the deep reform of the sports system and the professionalism of tennis game,the political and economic condition for the training model in tennis game has been changed.How the training model which once was operated in a Command Economy be improved and adapted to the new environment sparks spirited debates in both industry and academics.In this paper,through using literatures,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and so on,the writer firstly discusses and analyses the relation between the resource-allocating method and the goals for interest.Then,the writer analyses how the Command Economy and The Market Economy separately influence the training model for tennis players in our country.Finally,the writer discusses the target of the training model for tennis players under the “Path dependence”.In this paper,through discussions and analyses,the writer holds the view that the training model for tennis players is a process that different rank of organizations purse different goals for interest.For the economic system influences the resource-allocating method of the training model for tennis players,the goal of the training model is based on the “National interest” and “Economic interest”.At present,the training model is based on “finance” in our country.In other countries and places,the training model which both schools and clubs pursuit the biggest interests is operated by good policies,laws and reasonable government intervention.According to the analysis,under the market economy system,the training model for tennis players should get rid of the "path dependence",admit “marketization” and change the form of government investment in our country.This is not only conducive to the interests of all ranks of the main body,but also for the popularity of tennis.
