Schools bear the brunt of playing an important role in the process of cultivating talents for the competitive sports.According to Guidance on Strengthening the Cultivation of Reserve Talents in Athletics issued by General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education in 2017,it repeatedly stresses that school physical education and sport is the basis for the cultivation of reserve talents in athletics.It is necessary to rely on schools to cultivate competitive sports talents.It is the most important focal point for tennis career development in China to cultivate outstanding reserve talents.Tennis education in school is an integral part of tennis career in our country.It not only is an excellent way to comprehensively enhance physical fitness of adolescents,but also can provide talents for competitive tennis.Since 2009,the extensive development of school football has opened the way for characteristics school physical education and sports in China.Taking school football as a breakthrough,physical education in school has been promoted into more activities to drive the reform and development of school physical education and sport.In November 2017,Ministry of Education issued an important notice to promote the orderly development of adolescents' school tennis.It points out the direction for the development of school tennis by fully launching the adolescents' tennis pilots in such six provinces as Yunnan,Shanghai and Guangdong.In this paper,the methods including literature review,interviewing and logical analysis are used to probe into the talent training model of school tennis in our country.In order to enhance the effectiveness of the research project,the paper focuses on interpreting the localization and the content of school tennis from the localization perspective,sorts out the experience on adolescents ' reserve talents training of countries which have obtained remarkable achievements in tennis career and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the tennis development in China objectively and justly.By drawing on the valuable experience of other countries and actively exploring model for school tennis which matches the actual situation in China,the paper is expected to provide strong theoretical support for the orderly development of school tennis in our country and supply a solid foundation for the selection of tennis reserve talents based on school tennis.Meanwhile,it has a far-reaching significance for the growth of characteristics school physical education sports in China.The conclusions of the study are as follows.1.The author has a new understanding on the content of school tennis.Dominated by the education sectors,the school tennis activities are to enhance students' physical fitness,cultivate students' sportsmanship of unity and struggling.It aims to promote students ' all-round development,the cultivation of China ' s tennis reserve talents and the sustainable development of tennis career in our country by organizing tennis teaching,after-class training,tennis competitions and other activities among colleges,middle and primary schools.2.The main implications of the development of adolescents' tennis in such countries which are best in tennis to China include the following aspects.They pay attention to people's all-round growth and the education system is the basis and a key position for the training of reserve talents in athletics.It promotes the popularization and enhancement of tennis by relying on the guidance of governments and the extensive participation of social forces.The improved student competition and selection system makes the path for the training of tennis reserve talents clear.3.A talent training model for school tennis is conceived.The education system is responsible for promoting the cultivation of school tennis talents and clearing the road for it.Headed by college tennis,the pilot schools are rationally distributed.Social forces shall be actively mobilized to innovate the training of school tennis elites.It suggests to establish a four-level league system for students and build an open selection system.
