The Research Of The Ideological And Political Education Ecosystem In College

Biological "ecosystem" is a dynamic and open organic whole,which is mainly between b iological communities and the surrounding environment.But the ecological system of ideological and political education in universities is much more complex than the ecosystem.It is essentially different from closed,linear,and simple systems.It refers to a human-centered activity center in colleges and universities,a complex and special ecological system,and an ideological and political education for college students.Internal elements and their environmental elements are organized into organic wholes in a certain structural form.Each element interacts and interacts with each other to jointly promote the benign operation of college students' ideological and political education.According to the new strategy of "all-round education,full education,and all-round education" proposed by the party and the state in the new period,we should gradually realize the optimization and construction of the ideological and political education ecosystem in universities,aiming at cultivating more complex people who meet the requirements of the development of the times.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the systematic analysis method and the interdisciplinary analysis method to carry on the inquiry to it,which introduces the ecology idea into the university ideological and political education research to broaden its research perspective.First of all,it defines the basic concepts such as the system and the ecosystem,and then explores the intrinsic relationship between ecology and the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,interprets the functions of the ideological and political education ecosystem and the related theoretical basis of Marxist ecological philosophy.Secondly,the present predicament is explained from the aspects of the construction of ideological and political ecosystem,the relationship between subject and object,the imbalance of educational media and mechanism,etc.,and the influencing factors in this dilemma are analyzed.Finally,based on the principles of systematicness,human nature and sociality,this paper proposes related strategies to optimize the coordinated development of internal systems,external systems and ecological systems in ideological and political education in universities,including the coordination of subject-object relationships and the efficient transfer of ecological mediators.The effectiveness and the creation of a three-dimensional communication model of multidimensional interoperability provide relevant research and practical references for the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the ideological and political education ecosystem in universities.
