Biological "ecosystem" is a dynamic and open organic whole, which is mainly between biological communities and the surrounding environment. However, education ecosystems are much more complex than biological ecosystem, it is closed, linear and simple system, and it is a essentially different ecosystem, in which education and other natural ecological systems, socio-ecological systems are exchanging the material, information, circulation and energy by the ecological unit consisting of education within a certain time and space.Ideological and political education epitomizes the relationship between the people, and between the relationship of people and ideological and political education's environment. Therefore, saying on the ecological and scientific development concept, the organic link between all the ideological and political education's various factors, and between ideological and political education and its surrounding environment is dialectical unity, which constitutes an organic and complex unity to find its dynamic balance, and to find ecosystems' comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Any one factor changes, it will inevitably have an impact factor on the ecosystem, thus affecting the performance which the whole system will play.China's current ideological and political education ecosystem is a kind of human activity, special ecosystems. It is connected with the natural ecosystem sharing some attributes, and it also has an unique social attribute which is different from other natural ecosystem.Higher Education in the ecosystem as an important sub-system, its functions effectively play a direct impact on higher education ecosystem health, harmonious development.However, with the emergence of a lot of new era features, such as increased human subjectivity, opened society, the value of diverse ideas and complex information, which broke the original harmony and balance within ideological and political education of our eco-system.
