In recent years,due to the unknown etiology of autism,lack of effective treatment drugs,high morbidity rate and increasing morbidity,autism is attracting worldwide attention,and autism is considered to be a serious public health problem in the world today.And as one of the key manifestations of autism,the language barrier,which is pervasive in autistic children,is an important challenge for children with autism and child care and rehabilitation programs.The research on the language barrier of children with autism has been developed from the aspects of linguistics,medicine,psychology,etc.However,the research on the case service of children with autism from the perspective of social work is relatively limited.In this paper,the author USES the method of case work to study the language barrier of children with autism.The author in K institutions as a teacher for five months internship,in the process of internship contact with more than 60 children with autism and their families.Through the analysis of the situation of these children and the analysis of the data on the language barrier of autism,three cases were carried out,which were basically no language,language instability and non-active language,and the language features of these three cases included the main manifestations of language disorders in children with autism in five aspects:language development delay,repetition of language content,abnormal tone and intonation,difficulty in language comprehension,and language application obstacle.In the language condition of the three children,the author engaged in the method of applying behavioral analysis,engaged in the manipulation of case work,and then carried out round exercise and intervention respectively on the language condition of their language,and finally improved the language problem of the three children with autism to different degree,and improved their social intercourse capacity.Through the evaluation of the results of the case intervention,the author summarizes the advantages of the case work in the problems of language disorders in children with autism,analyzes the influencing factors,cautions and triggering mechanism of the case results,and points out the importance of cooperative relations,language understanding and family training.At the same time,through the reflection on the case process,the factors affecting the language development of autistic children were compared and analyzed,and the similarities and differences between the cases were summarized,and the reasons or Suggestions for the analysis were analyzed,and Suggestions and prospects were made from the families,rehabilitation institutions and policies and social aspects of children with autism.In the end,the experience of interning is a new model of social work from the case work,group work,and the social work and the social work in the training of the autistic children.
