Three language is language education in the minority areas of China in the minority language,Chinese,English(or Japanese,Russian)for short.It originated from the bilingual,English courses into the special language phenomenon in minority areas and presents the fusion of bilingual language teaching.The three is the use of three in third kinds of language or language teaching activities.In the south of Xinjiang's three language teaching started late,development is still lagging behind,more need to understand the three language teaching from the narrow sense,namely in third languages as the goals of the teaching activities.On the three language teaching problems is conducive to the rapid development of English Education in the minority areas,and to improve the teaching level.Based on fully carding domestic and foreign literature,the multicultural education theory,language teaching theory,contact linguistics theory as the basis,to three middle schools in Kashi city as the research object,the observation method by using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,basic research methods and so on.The implementation of the three language policy,three language teaching situation and the subjective and objective factors were investigated,to tease out the three language policy is not perfect,the quality of teaching should be improved,the intensity of the teachers construction deficiencies,supplementary materials to teach basic cognitive conditions,lack of mechanism,teaching environment still needs to optimize.Dig through the above problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures:Policy,according to local conditions to develop the three language education policies and regulations by the government departments,formulate unified classification system of teaching English curriculum system in accordance with the actual minority students and other ways to improve three language policy;the quality of teaching,through the attempt to construct the three language curriculum system,the implementation of the three layer of language teaching,motivation for change,cooperation etc.to improve the quality of the three language teaching;teachers troop construction,by raising the level of education,teacher training diversification,strengthen exchanges and cooperation within the professional level of teachers,improve security measures to guarantee the teaching staff;in the development of teaching materials,by focusing on text content should focus on value pluralism,focus on localization three language textbooks and teaching materials to ensure that the three language teaching materials according to local conditions;in strengthening the cognitive basis,through deepening the intermediary in Chinese Linguistics Xi,encourage three language study way to lay a solid foundation for the cognition of three language teaching;in the three language environment,through the creation of diversified communication environment,the integration of the three language in the classroom,and make full use of modern teaching resources,to build a democratic,open and harmonious teaching environment.
