As the 19 th National Congress of the CPC reported,China's economy has changed from a period of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.In this context,the pressure on young people in the workplace is also unprecedented.Therefore,skip-generation raising is an inevitable product of social transformation period and the reflection of imperfect social security system.However,the majority of young parents have to leave their children home to be raised by grandparents and the young parents might disagree with their educational models.The young parents can not look after their children by themselves but rely on children's grandparents because of their job,limited time and live competency.At the same time,they worry about the fact that the grandparents might bring bad effects to children.Due to traditional Chinese concept of family education,it's hard for professional women to maintain the balance between family and their job in the family of skip-generation raising,which makes them at the center of family conflict.And so,it bring trauma to professional woman's physical and psychological health and it's harmful to the harmony of family.Unfortunately,there is little literature that describe the impact of skip-generation raising on working women.So,social work techniques used to adjust the conflict in skip-generation raising family are given in this paper.The first part of this article is the research background where the author expound the comprehensive inevitability of skip-generation raising,and analyze the overseas and domestic research status of professional women and skip-generation raising.Then,the author share the method that how professional women relieve contradiction in skip-generation raising family with cognitive theory,role and interaction theory,strengths perspective theory and social supportive network theory.On this basis,the author is trying to explore the characteristics that social worker intervene in professional women troubled by the conflicts in the family through taking an observation and conversation with several professional women in Nan Chang and giving a deeply analysis of the reasons for the conflicts in the skip-generation raising family.On the one hand,different types and reasons of conflicts in the skip-generation raising family are given in this research.On the other hand,through a detailed survey to single skip-generation raising family,the author gives a detailed analysis of impacts and needs of professional women after they are involved in conflicts and set working targets then observe and record the intervened situation and changes.It has been proved that we can reduce effectively the conflicts in family by applying intervention methods of social work into adjusting the conflicts in skip-generation raising family,such as listening and narration,which gets good results.
