A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Professional Women's Family-working Role Conflict

Since the women go out of the family into the social public areas to participate in social work,the family--work role conflict of women facing has become a hot topic of social concern.Since January1,2016,the implementation of the universal two-child policy,the opportunity for fertility increases,at the same time,the birth of this important event to become another challenge for modern professional women to balance work and family.The transition of fertility policy from one child to two children will increase the professional women burden from child care and housework,which may have a greater or even negative impact on women employment and career development,exacerbating the role conflict of professional women.This study is based on the universal two-child policy,taking the professional women as the research object,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,using the quantitative research method to explore the factors that affect the family--work role conflict of professional women.Based on the selection of the appropriate independent variables,this paper first fundamentally analyzes the questionnaire data,carring on the basic descriptive statistical analysis to the sample demographic characteristics,the professional women individual consciousness characteristic,the family characteristic and the work organization characteristic,and then establishes research hypothesis,and through the correlation analysis and sequential logic regression analysis test the hypothesis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the higher the degree of cognition of the traditional gender division,the more serious family interfere with work;the identity to the traditional gender division of labor,and then,for each additional unit,the number of family interfere with work is increased by 47.3%.(2)the role orientation has a significant correlation with family interfere with work;the perfectionism of the role orientation increases the degree of family interfere with work.(3)career planning has a significant impact on the role conflict;the role conflict of women having a clear career planning is about one-half without career planning.(4)the more the housework,the more intense the role conflict of professional women.(5)the higher the degree of spouse support,the lower the degree of the role conflict of professional women;the degree of spouse support each increase in a grade,then the role conflict,family interfere with work and work interfere with family is accordingly reduced 68.9%,53.6%,60.3%.(6)The age of the youngest children has a significant impact on the role conflict of professional women.The smaller the age of the youngest children,the more intense the role conflict;age for each level of reduction,the degree of the role conflict is increased by 2 times.(7)There was a significant negative correlation between fertility support from organization and professional women's role conflict.(8)work pressure have a significant negative impact on the role conflict of professional women.The level of conflict is reduced by 40.4% for each level of work stress reduction;the level of can not get off work on time for each additional level,and work interfere with family accordingly increases 62.1%.Finally,according to the positive and negative factors which affect the family--work role conflict of professional women,the author puts forward pertinent suggestions to balance the conflict:(1)The family service is included in the public service category,reducing the professional women housework.The most important thing is to improve the child care services and the degree of the socialization and publicized of domestic service,transfering the part of family responsibility of professional women to the government to reduce women burden.(2)to strengthen man family responsibilities and to enhance spouse support.The establishment of parental leave,so that men are more involved in the child care,rather than to put the parenting responsibility on women under the existing policy;affirmed the social value of housework,to promote men to enhance family responsibility.(3)to enhance the level of maternity protection and work organization support,to establish flexible working system.Through the government legislation,to reduce the fertility costs of professional women and realize the balance both family and work.(4)to improve the professional quality of women,enhance the awareness of gender equality.
