Under the influence of global economic integration and low-carbon economy trend,Foshan City in Guangdong Province,as one of the world's largest production bases for Sanitary ceramics are facingthe rapid changes in the competitive environment both at home and abroad.The extensive management mode in which emphasis more manpower and resources can not meet the developmental needs of the new situation.The external pressure of the enterprise has been directly transformed into the occupational pressure of employees.Working conditions,salary level,benefits and promotion chances may lead to the main factors that cause the occupational pressure of employees.As a producer and processor of products in ceramic enterprises,workshop staffs constantly did their jobs in the production line and the noisy working environment,relatively low salary and the harsh system of enterprises are likely to increase their occupationalstress on which the Groupment characteristics are found in ceramic enterprises' workshop staff.By using the intervention of groupwork methods,actively carrying out group interactions and participations,we can prevent and alleviate the occupational stress of workshop staffs.This study defines the concept of occupational stress by thoroughly combing the literature both at home and abroad.Based on four months' experiences of internship,the author uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaires and interviews to conduct a detailed survey and analysis of the performances and sources of occupational stress in Foshan ceramic enterprises' workshop staff.It is found that the occupational stress of ceramic enterprise workshop staff is mainly shown as the psychological problems such as anxiety,nervousness;the common symptoms of poor sleep quality,no appetite,dizziness and tinnitus and even more isolated to participate in social and inter-enterprise activities.There are many factors that cause the occupational pressure of workshop staff.The main reasons for the conclusion are three aspects,which includes the unfavorable family background,poor working environment and the rigourous social situation.Based on this conclusion,the author uphold the principle of "help people help themselves” and use the Group work methods to get involved in this occupational pressure about the workshop staffs in Enterprises M.Through the establishment of support members,the team's wisdom and strength,the author devoted to helping members of the team to adjust their physical and mental conditions,to improve their individual competence,and to build up occupational stress supporting system so as to alleviating the occupational stress.
