Nowadays,with the development of China's economic has entered a new state,Economic growth,economic structure and driving force have changed a lot.The intense competition among enterprises makes a higher demand for employees,which makes employees' occupational stress increase.Too much occupational pressure will not only cause employees' physiological and psychological imbalance,but also lead to their emotional and behavioral disorders.As a result,it may have a negative impact both on the health of employees themselves and the continued development of enterprise organizations.Especially in the field of Internet,owing to the excessive requirements of updating knowledge,technologies and products,the employees have to sostenuto learn new knowledge and technologies to cope with the rapid change in their work takes the problems of working long hours,few opportunities to accept training and to get promoted have been increasingly prominent,and are becoming the main source of employee' pressure.As a way to solve social problems,social work is playing an important role in solving the problem of employees' occupational stress.This study used a literature method,a questionnaire method,and an interview method to analyze employees' occupational stress in Internet companies in Shenzhen industrial park A.The author reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on the study of enterprise employees' occupational stress,then analyzed the reasons for the stress from the aspects of individuals,companies,and career development of industry and analyzed how social workers can effectively relieve stress by conducting group activities.Based on an analysis of 197 effective questionnaires on the occupational stress of Internet enterprises employees,and in-depth interviews with 20 corporate executives and employees,we learned that the current status of occupational stress of employees of Internet companies in industrial park A includes fatigue,mood swings,and anger,frequent insomnia and dreaminess and so on,which are due to the high intensity and high load of the job,the bottleneck in professional promotion,knowledge updating,and the tension in interpersonal relationships caused by excessive self-consciousness,and highly requirements on employees in the management of enterprises.On this basis,this study analyzed the necessity and feasibility of group work methods to intervene in the occupational stress of Internet enterprises employees,and explored the funtions of group work in improving the sense of belonging among members,building a support system,improving interpersonal communication and potential treatment.It also suggested to setting up a support group,conducting group activities like improving interpersonal relationships,teaching decompression method and clearing support system according to employees' needs,to help the team members to achieve individual empowerment,establish a professional stress support system and finally to achieve goals of reliving occupational stress mitigation.
