China’s economic growth has seen the world speed up,and the benefits brought by "Internet plus" have led to great changes in all aspects of China.In the aspect of enterprises,the pressure of competition among industries sinks to the employees of enterprises,which leads to more and more professional pressure of employees,which will bring different degrees of problems in the aspects of physiology,psychology and behavior.Too high occupational pressure will even affect the physical and mental health of employees.A certain degree of occupational pressure needs the attention of employees and enterprises.Otherwise,it will have a negative impact on individual employees and the whole enterprise.For the Internet insurance enterprises studied in this paper,the problem of occupational stress is particularly obvious.Due to the rapid development and fierce competition of the Internet insurance industry,and the increasingly updated insurance knowledge and skills required by its employees,the working hours of the employees are too long,the overtime intensity is large,and the humanistic care required by the employees is relatively lacking.The author thinks that it can be analyzed from the perspective of corporate social work practice,combined with their own internship experience in a social work service center in Wuhan City,and take the employees of the enterprise as the research object to alleviate the problem of occupational stress,which has an important role for both employees and enterprises.In this paper,through the method of questionnaire and interview to a company,to analyze the occupational stress of its employees,and to consult the relevant literature.Based on the understanding of the pressure of the employees,the sources of the pressure and the ways to relieve the pressure,combined with the social work group method to develop group activities to effectively relieve the occupational pressure of the employees.At the same time,in this process,we can also combine other relevant data to analyze the current insurance employees’ yearning and difficulty for working in the enterprise.Based on 188 valid questionnaires and 20 in-depth interviews with employees of enterprise a,we can learn about the current situation of occupational stress of employees in the enterprise,such as physical mental distress,insomnia and fatigue,psychological tension,anxiety and uneasiness,and behavior prone to alcoholism and irritability.The occupational stressors of enterprise employees include high performance pressure,high overtime intensity,tense interpersonal relationship within the enterprise and strict management system for employees.In this paper,through the group social work method to help employees face up to the pressure and understand the social support system,so that employees have a further understanding of the pressure,can pay attention to their own social support system and form an online decompression group to help employees relieve the pressure.In the process of group activities,social workers observe and summarize the dynamics of group members to further explore the necessity and feasibility of group work methods,and make a summary and evaluation of the overall group work.This can not only help the enterprise employees to better alleviate the pressure of employees,but also enrich the practical development of social work.Finally,the method of group work can help the employees to relieve the pressure of the employees,help the enterprises to formulate reasonable rules and regulations,and help the group social work practice in the enterprise.
