People with disabilities have the same rights as able-bodied people to participate in physical exercise and enjoy sports services.Construction of public sports service system for the disabled is not only the urgent needs of the development of undertakings for disabled persons,also is an important part of the development of public service,perfect the public sports service system for the disabled is the construction of sports power,realize the comprehensive well-off,the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society.In recent years,the development of sports for disabled persons has been paid more and more attention by the party and the state.However,there are still many challenges and difficulties in the equal access to public sports services.Therefore,reveals the status quo of the current public sports service for the disabled,found the shortage of public sports service system for the disabled puts forward Suggestions for the disabled public sports service system construction,to all levels of government public sports policies,sports department as a whole decision-making reference for the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.This study using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as disabled people in Jiangxi province as the research object,in Jiangxi province as an example of sports powers under the strategic study of the construction of public sports service system for the disabled.In the first chapter,the introduction part of this paper is based on the topic selection,domestic and foreign research status,research significance and literature review,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The second chapter,from the four aspects of the basic public sports service system for the disabled in the interpretation of the concept is the core of public sports service system for the disabled,2 it is since the founding of the development of public sports service for the disabled in China,three from two aspects of commonness and characteristics analysis of the basic characteristics of public sports service for the disabled,four is the supply of public sports service for the disabled mode.The third chapter,to reveal the status quo of the public sports service system in Jiangxi province disabled,from sports facilities,sports organizations,activities,sportsfitness guidance,information service situation and situation of physique monitoring six aspects to carry on the analysis,think the current public sports service system for the disabled in Jiangxi province are still many deficiencies,is difficult to meet the demand of development of sports for the disabled.The fourth chapter puts forward five main problems of the public sports service system of disabled people in Jiangxi province: unreasonable system arrangement and imperfect operation mechanism;The infrastructure is not perfect,the network system is not perfect;Insufficient funds support,relevant human resources and technical guarantee are not in place;Can not effectively carry out the demand expression,the public participation degree is low;The policies and regulations are not perfect,and the evaluation and evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Think the current public sports service for the disabled in our country has not yet form a scientific,standardized,reasonable system,the disabled sports overall is still in a low level,is not conducive to sports power strategy implementation,also can't satisfy the growing sports for the disabled to participate in demand,so it is urgent to build and perfect the public sports service system for the disabled.In fifth chapter,the author puts forward the Suggestions on the construction of the public sports service system for disabled people under the strategy of sports power:deepen the reform of public sports service system of disabled people and the innovation of mechanism;Improving public sports facilities and network systems for disabled persons;To strengthen the funds,talents and technical guarantee of public sports services for disabled persons;Improve the public sports demand expression and participation mechanism of disabled persons;We will improve the system and evaluation mechanism of public sports service policies for disabled people.In sixth Chapter,conclusion: This chapter summarizes the main deficiencies of the public sports service system of disabled people in jiangxi province,and make e specific recommendations.
