Studies Of Research On The Construction Of Public Sports Service System In Heping District Of Shenyang

The construction of public sports service system is closely related to people's daily life,and the construction of public sports service system to improve the people's livelihood.This is a major turning point in the transformation of government functions,which marks the beginning of the transformation of government functions to the nature of service.Therefore,we should do a good job in the construction of the public sports service system.First of all,this paper is divided into 3 levels:national conditions,policies and regions,analyzed the research background of this thesis;from 2 aspects of theory and practice,analyzes the significance of this study,the study pointed out that not only helps to enrich the theoretical research results and Countermeasures of public service equalization of public service content,help to relieve the problem of Heping District the masses sports activities such as the lack of.In order to understand the current research progress,this paper combs the 4 aspects of public sports,public sports services,public sports service system and public sports service system from 2 dimensions of foreign and domestic literature.Then,this article is to expound from the following three aspects:the core concept,the constituent elements and the theoretical basis.The core concept has four main aspects:public sports,public sports service,public sports service system and public sports service system construction.The main elements include the following three aspects:the composition of the main body,the way of supply and the content of service.The theoretical basis refers to the theory of the equalization of public services and the theory of the supply of multiple subjects in public services.Then,through literature,investigation,comparative analysis and other methods to collect relevant data,using qualitative and quantitative analysis of these data,finally the author draws a conclusion that the first,although the construction of public sports service in the district has begun to take effect,the overall framework has been completed,and a variety of system in the continuous improvement,but there are still the main development and construction of public sports service system is not balanced,the service content is not perfect,service is relatively simple,the result is not obvious in 4 aspects such as lack of.Second,the main cause of the problem is bound by the system,the imbalance of the investment,the concept of lag,more loans.Based on the above problems and causes,this paper put forward 4 suggestions respectively to change the backward idea,improve the multi subject,strengthen the construction of investment,to solve the problem of debts.And in view of each problem,it gives 3-4 concrete solutions to the public sports service system in the peace zone.
