At the beginning of the 20th century, the working pressure (Job stress, Occupational stress) gradually became the important research objects of disciplines such as psychology, medical science, management and sociology, etc. In our country, with kownledge economy appearing and the role of educating acted in social progress to be distinct day by day, mission which teachers as one of the teaching activity subjects bears being sacred and difficult. With the requirement for teachers to improve integral level, pressure of teachers increases, but study on college teacher's job pressure of our country is few. So it is urgent and essential at present to launch the study on university's teacher's working pressure and put forward the suggestion for teacher and administrator so as to reduce university's teacher's working pressure.This text has pointed out: The main working pressure source of the teacher of management college of university is respectively for task, working environment, the job is developed, interpersonal relationships; Work itself is the main pressure source, secondly it is the pressures from the career and working environment among them, the pressure from interpersonal relationships is very small; And teacher's working pressure state of management college is in the intermediate level generally; Shoulder relevant relations wholly between teacher's working pressure of management college of the university and working attitude, it is prominent to link the relevant relations between one degree of defeats partly, a person counts the variable and organizes the variable to have conspicious effects on relevance of working pressure and working attitude in part, working pressure and working performance do not have prominent relevance, and working attitude totality and working performance are prominent positive correlation relations; Prominent canonical correlation that the aspect of working pressure and working attitude aspect exist, the typical factor is a satisfactory sense of work in working background and working attitude of influencing the staff of atmosphere in control variables; The working pressure, working attitude, self-efficiency, variables such as the sense, etc, will be directly or indirectly influence the working performance of the teacher organization of management college of university.This text probes into management of the aspect of institute and the replying of personal aspects, hope to offer the strong real example for improvement of university's in charge of teacher pressure management to support.
