Developing rural education is an important measure to achieve educational equity,and the construction of rural teachers is the key to improve the quality of rural education.However,compared with urban teachers,there are still many difficulties in the development of rural teachers.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the construction of rural teachers,China has promulgated “the rural teacher support plan(2015-2020 years)”,and put forward the establishment of rural teacher honor certification.Based on the above background,this paper studies the honor certification of rural teachers in China.This study mainly adopts the interview method,policy analysis method and literature research method,and it is researched through five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons and significance of the topic selection,defines the core concepts,sorts out the literature related to the honor certification of rural teachers,and states the basic contents of the research design.The second part makes a theoretical discussion on the honor certification of teachers,and divides the honor certification into four parts: honorary title,honor selection,honor reward and honor follow-up management,and on this basis,introduces the domestic and foreign representative cases of teachers' honor certification.The third part analyzes the policy related to the honor certification of rural teachers in China,and through the analysis of interview data,from the honorary title,the honor selection,the honor rewards and the honor follow-up management of rural teachers four dimensions,discussed the system present situation and existing problems of rural teachers,and analyze the relevant reasons.The fourth part puts forward the principles and suggestions for optimizing the honor certification of rural teachers in China.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of this research.This article holds that the construction of the honors certification of rural teachers in China should follow the principles of pertinence,differentiation and fairness,and on this basis,we should establish an independent and systematic honor certification for rural teachers.
