As we all know, the quality of teachers is the key to education development andreform. To ensure the quality of teachers, in addition to their own professional deve-lopment, we also need to establish a set of teacher quality assurance mechanisms.Teacher honor certification is one of these mechanisms. Teachers honor certificationmechanism can stimulate teachers’ desire for professional development, can romotethe internal driving force of their professional development and can provide a plat-form to help teachers become high-quality teachers.Teachers honor certification mechanism in china, which is an important teacherexcellence certification mechanism, aims to reward excellent teachers only, but not toenhance teachers’ professional identity and promote the internal driving force of theirprofessional development. Because of primary and secondary school teachers playan proper role in teachers’ group and they are in particularity, we need optimize thehonor system of primary and secondary teachers’ and inspire their professionalemotion, which has great theoretical and practical significance.First, This thesis discussed several theory question about Teachers honorcertification mechanism: literature review, concept definition, the essentialcharacteristics’ analysis and the tactic and strategy analysis;Second, the implementing conditions of the honor certification mechanism ofTeachers honor certification mechanism in Gaoan city of Jiangxi province was summ-arized and analyzed according to the investigation. what’s more, several problemswere generalized;Last but not least, three tactics were posed for optimizing and perfecting theteachers honor certification mechanism in primary and secondary school, whichare optimizing the honor system in perfecting the honor’s title, the electionstandard and the way of the honor’s management; improving the honor’simplementation circumstances; stimulating the teachers’ honor sense.
