Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education Communication

Communication is an important way to exchange emotions,thoughts and information between people.This is an important guarantee of empathy and mutual understanding.The spread of ideological and political education is the main behavior of educators,is in communication with the educatees,exchanges and certain communication situation and the media are needed to complete the exchange of ideas between educator and educatee.With the arrival of the new era,people's material life concept has changed a lot,and the spread of education in ideology and politics is also getting higher and higher.In this context,we need to change the pedagogue and pedagogue,change the inherent thinking mode education,innovation education dissemination mechanism,to better promote the exchange of ideas and to optimize the communication effect.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates the basic theory of education communication in college students' ideology and politics.In this paper,the concept of education communication is defined scientifically based on the analysis of domestic scholars.Through the above research,the primary quality,two-way interaction and long-term process of education communication in ideological and political science are summarized.The second chapter analyzes the necessity and importance of communication in education.Communication is an effective and inevitable way to improve ideological and political education.This is a strong guarantee to optimize communication.This is an effective way for teachers and students to communicate.It is conducive to improving students' understanding of the inner world,realizing teaching and learning,and promoting understanding and trust among subjects.The third chapter elaborates the types and principles of communication in education.The types include classroom communication and non-classroom communication.Oral and non-verbal communication;Traditional and network communications;Dual subject communication and multi-subject communication.The principles are equality and domination,openness and confidentiality,and subjective collaboration.The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems in the process of communication: thelack of subject language and object communication.The form of communication is single;Lack of communication motivation;Communication has not yet come together.A comprehensive and profound interpretation of these problems and their causes provides a strong guarantee for the propagation strategy of education in ideological and political affairs.The fifth chapter discusses the problems in the process of communication.In this paper,the spread of education problem as the research object,put forward feasible countermeasures from several aspects: build communication between languages,establish a multi-dimensional transmission channels,stimulate the transmission power,forming communication power.
