With the advent of the era of big data,mobile interconnection,talented person's competition is more and more fierce,for enterprise,talent is the core competitiveness,in education and training industry,the teacher is the core competitiveness,education training enterprises face the change of market demand and market competition intensifies,speeds up the construction pace of full-time teachers,in the process of construction of full-time teachers,everybody is exploring how to design the scientific performance evaluation scheme of full-time teachers to optimize teachers' team,to really play a role of incentives,and improve the enthusiasm of full-time teachers help education training enterprises to achieve strategic goals.Education and training industry as the emerging service industry,as the new "private education promotion law" promulgated,the industry will have greater development,also will be more and more fierce competition,education training enterprises want to foothold in the industry,teaching must attach importance to the research of investment,improve the teaching quality and service experience,so motivation is very important for teachers.This paper studies the performance appraisal of WD education technology group professional teachers from the perspective of BSC,and tries to solve the incentive problem of full-time teachers.From BSC theory research at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the WD education technology group of full-time teachers present situation and existing problems of performance evaluation,theory with practice,establishes a professional teachers based on BSC performance evaluation system.Finally proposed the WD education technology group of full-time teachers performance evaluation measures,through the institutional guarantee,organization,personnel to ensure that the system be born implementation,ultimately ensure enterprise strategy can be enforced.In this paper,the research on the performance appraisal system of WD education technology group full-time teachers can provide reference for other similar enterprises.
