| Science resource is an important medium of science communication,and it is also an important precondition for the development of science popularization,what's more,Science resource is the basis of science capacity building.In a sense,the cause of the he resource for Science popularization development and utilization in the period of the Republic of China is an important part of impetus to accomplish the Chinese science popularization modernization.With China's national policy outlined of medium and long-term scientific development and National Scheme of Scientific Literacy for All Chinese.popularization of science resources has been referred to the strategic height of the country's development.How to develop and popularization science and technology education has became the primary task of our country.This paper is based on the development and utilization of Science Resources in the Republic of China(1912-1949),in a comprehensive grasp on the basis of the literature,paper review the progress of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization in the period of the Republic of China,and divide the whole time into different periods in accordance with the research emphasis and characteristics.The article aims to analysis efficiency of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization,and try to sum up the effectiveness insufficient of the development and utilization of Science Resources in the Republic of China(1912-1949),then provide guidance to the contemporary science popularization work.This study consists of four parts:This part introduces the basis and significance of this study,review the research status,illustrate research methods and data sources,and then put forward the characteristics and innovation of this study.Chapter 1 mainly explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and analyze its connotation and extension.meaning.In addition,illustrate basic approaches to the exploiting and using of natural resources.What's more,historical,analyze its political and cultural values.The second chapter and the third chapter are the main parts of this study,this part studies two mainly stages of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization in the Republic of China(1912-1949).Firstly,make a deep and systematic study of the development and utilization of Science Resources 1919 to 1932-the period of science popularization.This chapter analyzes the development and utilization of popular science resources in the Republic of China from several aspects,such as printed matter resources,space resources,activities resources and electronic audio-visual resources.Combined with the social background of that time,this part analyzes the utility of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization.Secondly,this part makes a deep and systematic study of the development and utilization of Science Resources 1932 to 1949 which is the time of science popularity.This chapter analyzes the development and utilization of popular science resources in the Republic of China also from printed matter resources,space resources,activities resources and science movies resources aspects,and then Combined with the social background of that time,analyze the utility of development and utilization of Science Resources.The fourth Chapter analyzes the motivation,evolution trend and enlightenment on the resource for Science popularization development and utilization in the republic of China.In the first place,this pat in-depth analyzes the motivation and evolvement trend of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization in the Republic of China(1912-1949).In the next place,investigate the resource for development and utilization Science popularization,including the situation of all kinds of science popularization resources,the efficiency of the utilization of popular science resources and so on.During this way,we can understand the most urgent problems,and improve utilization efficiency of science resources in theory aspect,then this part also analyzes the influence factors of the resource for Science popularization development and utilization.For the second time,based on the above analysis,this paper summarizes the modern enlightenment of the resource for Science Republic of China and social needs are closely linked,it is not only changed people for scientific understanding,but also contributed to the change from school education to education for all the
