This paper starts from three aspects: training monitoring,physiological and biochemical monitoring and the analysis of the effect of sports.The investigovtion had a 33-week monitoring on 10 women's rowing athletes in Chinese national team by using some methods of study,which including document research,field observation tracking test(body morphology test,FMS test,function test,physiological and biochemical test,special aptitude test).Date statistics and so on.The purpose of this study was to explore the training methods of periodic Subplateau,the training concepts,the characteristics reflected in actual training and the influence that altitude training work on special performance,body function physiological and biochemical indexes,etc.,In order to improve Chinese women's rowing scores,and digital monitoring as an own strength,provide a bit of practice for the research on theory paradigm,let the women's rowing enhances unceasingly.Through the research summary,the concrete conclusion was:(1)The female rowing athletes in China had higher body fat,relatively poor physical function(low oxygen uptake level),and there are many potential injuries,especially the injuries of the shoulder joints.(2)The training was mainly based on water and land training.The intensity division of water training was divided into five levels according to heart rate,blood lactic acid,stroke distance,different speed and paddle frequency.The main training methods were intermittent training and repeated training so that can improve the athletes' aerobic capacity,speed endurance,maximum speed and so on.Land training is mainly through on equipment training and free hand exercise,so as to improve athletes' strength,aerobic endurance,core strength and stability.(3)Test cycle training,water on the low intensity of aerobic training to promote the athletes to adapt actively;on land training with strength endurance,aerobic endurance,laying the foundation for the plateau training.The first cycle of the sub plateau training,the water to develop the athletes' aerobic endurance,focused on improving technical movements and consolidating technical finalization;land on the strength of the strength,the focus of the development of the greatest strength.The second cycle of the sub plateau training still focuses on the development of aerobic endurance.In order to improve the efficiency of the oar and improve the mechanical efficiency,the land training was still based on strength and quality,and more attention is paid to the promotion of the maximum strength.At the same time,at the same time,the basic training of the plateau was guaranteed,and the ability of maximum speed,sailing and testing was mainly developed,and the training intensity was improved.The training time of speed and strength was increased by land training.(4)By observing the index of hemogram,the index of HGB,RBC,HCT and PLT can increase over the plateau after two weeks,and the hypoxic environment can enhance the compensatory effect of the body.But it has a downward trend after rising.Anemia occurs.It was considered as "triad".After the plateau,hemogram index showed a downward trend,considering that the competition intensity was too large.(5)Through plateau training,the athletes' ability to recover has been improved and the strength quality has been greatly improved.The results of 2000 m were all improved after the plateau training,and the weight loss of the athletes may be caused by the decline of the fat content of the athletes.(6)Through the performance of the competition,we can see that all the women rowing athletes were the best athletes of our country at the present stage;the results of the competition play the best results in the key competitions,and the training plan was reasonably arranged.The level of adult women was still quite different from that of the world.The biggest difference was 200 m WC1.There was little difference between the level of the youth group and the international level.Compared with the world competition in 2016,the overall strength has been improved,which has narrowed the gap with the world level.(7)Through the combination of athletic performance and biochemical indexes,which found that athletes who don't get anemia was preferential in long distance projects while the athletic ability who sutfer from anemia would be a little bit worse;short distance projects mainly rely on glycolysis energy supply and phosphoric acid source.Energy supply has low correlation with HGB.(8)A periodic sub altitude training mode for women rowers was constructed through induction.See figure 3-44 for details.
