Research On The Development Elements Of The Non-profit Football League In Jiangxi Province

Sports non-profit organizations play an important role in the public works,which is of practical significance for building a harmonious socialist society and solving sports public service.Nonprofit football league as part of the sports diversified non-profit organization system,has caught up with "express" of developing football in our country,this article through to non-profit development factors of football in Jiangxi province were analyzed,and aims to provide feasible Suggestions for development of JiangXi province Non-profit football league.The development of a national football level cannot focus on the development of high-level professional league,and the development of the grass-roots mass football league is equally important.The development of the non-profit football league organization has laid the foundation for the high level football in China while satisfying the needs of the sports interests of the masses.Based on nonprofit development factors of football in Jiangxi province as the main research object,and selected the Nanchang and it both nonprofit football league representative cities as the research object.By the method of documentation,questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,summarizes the present situation and the development process of the lack of elements,concluded that:(1)"Jian super league" and "Nanchang lake the league" is a non-profit sports organizations,on the analysis of the two league development advantages and defects,and provide reference for other cities;(2)most of the players in the two leagues have high cultural qualities,and the league can meet the needs of the league members.(3)the economic basic guarantee elements are the first of the basic guarantee,but the funding sources of the two leagues are not wide and the market is not high.(4)the level of organizational management in the two leagues needs to be improved.The following Suggestions are made for the above results :(1)strengthen communication with the government and improve the government's trust in theleague;(2)speeding up the training of non-profit-making football league referees and improving the level of the referees' law enforcement;(3)constantly expand the channel of funds for the league and actively utilize various resources of the society;(4)optimize the management level of the league and provide quality service for the league players.
