The Research On Development Dilemmas And Corresponding Solutions Of Campus Football In JiangXi Province

China has appointed the Three big-ball sports(football,basketball and volleyball)as a part of the nation's strategy in 2015, which would rejuvenate the Three big-ball sports. Football is one of the Three big-ball sports. Campus football is an important part of footballer reserve and the continuous resource for this sport.Therefore, whether campus football can develop well concerns directly whether China can implement the policies in conformity with the specific time and quality and campus football is the sport's sinews. As an old revolutionary base area, Jiangxi Province follows the Party, responds to the Party's call, pays attention to promoting football's level,and has set up 290 football pilot primary and secondary schools. There are many problems during the popularization of the new policy. This paper researches campus football development problems and solutions in Jiangxi Province by looking up documents,consultation, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, and the conclusions are as follows:1. Jiangxi Province has established 290 pilot campus football primary and secondary schools and they have attended specialized training and competitions;the forms are mainly curricular football activities,such as football teaching,training and competition,and extra-curricular football activities,such as summer camps,football cultural festivals and interscholastic competitions; football training classes are opened and football teams are formed;the demand of football grounds can not be met;most teachers are young and have Bachelor's Degree; competitions for primary and secondary school students are rather meager;the main sources of fund are Education Department's administrative appropriation and schools' supporting fund.2. The main troubles the campus football in Jiangxi Province have met are listed as follows: relevant departments do not pay enough attention to the campus football campaign; there are short of relevant incentive policies for the campus football; contradiction is prominent between learning and training, for the learning tasks of students are arduous, which resulting in the shortage of time for students to train football; professional teaching staffs are in desperate need; funds for the campus football can not meet the demand, and forms of the source are not diversify enough;football fields and facilities are in shortage, which affects the whole quality of thecampus football campaign.3.It is necessary for the campus football in Jiangxi Province to improve the management of the campus football, and set up some incentive regulations; set down long-term incentive mechanism; strengthen the reform of learning and training system to effectively deal with the contraction of learning and training; improve the construction of teaching staff and increase their professional skills; build the normalization of security fund mechanism and “further education” system; strengthen the construction of football fields and facilities and make full utilization of the fields.
