In the past ten years,domestic and foreign researchers have made a full swing in the research of core literacy.It is increasingly realized that core literacy is the most important part of citizen quality,the foundation of building a modern powerful country,and the cornerstone of cultivating students' practical ability,innovative ability and learning ability.Therefore,developing core competence of students has become a major and difficult part of basic education reform and development both at here and abroad.The core quality of discipline is the basic way of core competence of students.The study of the language discipline of primary school plays a vital role in the development of human beings,and is the basis and guarantee of learning other disciplines.Therefore,how to develop primary school students' language core literacy has become the focus of attention of experts and scholars.High quality and efficient classroom teaching is an effective way to develop students' core literacy.To create high-quality and effective classroom teaching and develop students' core literacy,we need to improve teachers' classroom teaching design ability based on core literacy.Based on the core literacy,scientific and rational teaching design is the prerequisite for the implementation of the core literacy of the students.Therefore,it is imminent to improve teachers' ability to design classroom teaching based on core literacy.In the current primary school language education practice,what are the problems in the design of primary language classroom teaching based on core literacy? How do teachers attach importance to language core literacy? Therefore,this article surveyed the current status of the design ability of primary school language classroom teaching based on core literacy.Based on questionnaires,interviews and case studies,this study takes 4 elementary schools in Jinzhou as a case to investigate the current situation of teachers' classroom teaching design based on language core literacy.First of all,through the survey found that the teachers have some problems in teaching design,such as the training of teaching design from the students' language literacy core;teaching content design about teaching materials,form the students,text processing ability is weak;the design of teaching strategy is single,teaching content is single,absolute evaluation standard.Secondly,this study analyzes the reasons for the above problems: the influence of the examination environment,the backward educational concept of teachers,the lack of teaching and design skills,and the lack of related professional qualities.Finally,the research puts forward the following strategies from the following aspects: renewing teachers' educational ideas,scientifically designing teaching objectives,elaborately designing teaching contents,making rational use of teaching strategies,flexible use of teaching evaluation,improving teachers' quality,etc.
