Family education is the most basic and extensive education.With the rapid development of society and the renewal of educational concept,family education has been paid more and more attention.The concept of family education lingers between tradition and modern,and parents are often caught in the contradictions and anxieties of bringing up their children.It is difficult to achieve results by raising the quality of family education and relying solely on the strength of a single family.The family lives in the community,has the close relation with the community,the community as the geographical social community,the government right movement tentacles,has It is political and social,and the community is rich in educational resources,which makes it an important platform to promote the development of family education.From the current implementation of family education community support,better play the role of the community,improve the level of family education guidance service and adapt to the development of family education,to meet the educational needs of parents is an urgent problem to be solved.A starting point for this study.In order to explore the implementation strategy of community support family education,this study mainly combed the research related to community support family education at home and abroad,and defined the concepts of "community support","family education" and so on.Taking the theory of social support,the theory of empowerment and the theory of learning organization as the theoretical basis of this study;next,the current situation of community support family education in Jinzhou City is investigated,and the related staff and parents of the community are taken as the objects of investigation.Through the investigation,we find some problems in the community support of family education in Jinzhou,such as the lack of family education resources in the community,and the family The form of educational guidance activities is single,and the support for special family education is insufficient.Then,according to the existing problems,this study is mainly divided into three aspects: first,from the institutional point of view,the system laws and mechanisms of inadequate protection;second,from the perspective of community input,work funds and educational resources are limited,and the level of professionals is poor;third,from the perspective of family education,there is a contradiction between the guidance services provided by the community and the needs of parents.Finally,In order to optimize the implementation of community support family education,put forward the corresponding strategies: first,the effective use and development of community education resources,in the capital,human and environmental aspects of integration and excavation;second,to renew the concept of community family education to clarify the educational needs of parents;third,to improve the level of community family education guidance service to meet the needs of parents;fourth,to pay attention to the construction of community family culture to create a good community culture atmosphere.
