Family,school and community trinity cooperation education is a successful practice of foreign education reform.It is a school education interaction model that emphasizes the responsibility of family,school and community to share children's growth,which is different from the traditional school education model with school as the core.By integrating the resource advantages of the three main types of schools,families and communities,it forms a close partnership through close integration and coordination between the three,and builds a harmonious and symbiotic educational ecology for children in the basic education stage.The goal of “educational education”is to achieve the overall development of children and the overall progress of society.The concept of "trinity" cooperative education in China has a relatively short introduction time,the theoretical foundation is not mature,and the practical activities are still in the exploratory stage.The primary school has made active explorations in the "three-in-one" cooperative education model,but still faces certain reality.Dilemma.In order to better integrate the educational cooperation of families,schools and communities,and better implement the cooperative education action plan,this paper takes the research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems as a whole,and analyzing China through the "three in one" cooperative education case of elementary school."Trinity" cooperative education model and its optimization strategy.The structure of this paper is organized as follows:The first part(Introduction,Chapter 1): Introduce the background,significance and main research methods of the topic,and put forward the theoretical basis of this article,namely the theory of symbiotic education,the theory of resource dependence and the theory of cooperative education,and the cooperation of the above theory with the "three in one" The analysis of the fit of education provides a solid theoretical basis for the research.The second part(Chapter 2,Chapter 3): case analysis and problem finding.A systematic and in-depth analysis of the "three-in-one" cooperative education model of the primary school.Firstly,it introduces the background of the primary school case and its selection basis,and analyzes the institutional construction of the primary school cooperative education mechanism from the two aspects of system design and organizational structure.Secondly,it analyzes the application of the "three in one" cooperative education strategy in the primary school.Finally,from the perspectives of parent participation,school participation and community participation,the problems exposed by the “Trinity” cooperative education model of the primary school are sorted out in order to explore the improvement strategy.The third part(Chapter 4,Chapter 5): experience and strategy optimization.By introducing the experience of cooperative education project operation in the United States NNPS,Japanese community schools,and Hong Kong,it has inspired the "three in one" cooperative education in China.Finally,combined with the status quo of China's "three in one" cooperative education,it puts forward relevant suggestions from three levels: principles,mechanism construction and specific measures.The fourth part(conclusion): summarizing the full text and making development prospects.
